Great service and staff
Bad bad bad. Went for inspection and they failed the car for all 4 brake pads and front end play and offered to fix it. Left and went to my mechanic. My mechanic said to never go back here. Back brakes needed to be replaced (which we knew) but the front was at 5mm, and my mechanic also said that there was absolutely…
Had a car safety inspection. The staff is friendly and professional. They did inspections efficiently. Amazing service.
State inspection was super fast and easy. José was very kind and easy to talk to.
Made an appointment for state inspection. Very quick and efficient! Jose was super kind and helpful and changed my plates and key battery for me in addition to the inspection. Thank you Jose! Made the experience very stress-free.
My husband got our car inspected & oil changed here some time ago. First of all, the check engine light turned on after they did the work and they said it would turn off after some time, but it has remained on ever since. More egregiously, I was driving the car the afternoon after it was inspected and while sitting…
Dennis was very helpful! Quick state inspection.
I will absolutely avoid this place in the future. Now that I know, I see a lot of other reviewers are saying the same thing, even on other sites. I went in for an inspection, and they tried to tell me I needed brakes. They put an "R" sticker on my car and tried to scare me that it was illegal to drive and I could…
Great group of guys Eli was super efficient fast and professional will be back tks.
Great, efficient, and speedy service! I visited for a state inspection and the staff, especially Eli, were all very kind, helpful, and professional.
This was my first time coming here and my first time getting a car inspection so safe to say I was a little nervous. Broadway had good reviews so I stopped by without an appt and there were three cars in front of me which ended up being about a 30-40min wait which was totally expected. But the actual inspection was…
I've been going here for years, and they're amazing! Knowledgeable mechanics and services at good prices.
I have known Nick and Dennis for some time and they always take great care of my vehicles. Their technicians are knowledgeable and great at what they do and Nick and Dennis are awesome. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with vehicle repair or maintenance needs.

Broadway Gas is the best run gas station in Cambridge! Whether you are just gassing up (cheaper if you pay cash), or you need a state inspection sticker or some air for your tires, it’s all done quickly and efficiently. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.
Have been getting my car serviced at Broadway Gas for 4 years - Nick and Dennis are honest, take time to explain what’s going on with the car, and always deliver repairs in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend
Brought my car to get a vehicle inspection. The inspection took no longer than 8 minutes. Thanks Eli (one of the workers there)
The inspection itself was quick (less than 10 minutes), but I was probably waiting for a total of 45-60 minutes because there was only one guy doing inspections and there were 3-4 cars ahead of mine when I got there.
fantastic experience! I called them to see if they had any availability for a sticker inspection last minute and they said come on in. I drove right in and within 15 minutes had a new inspection and the guys were great. Saves me a ton of time and headache and they were upfront and also cost wise they are fantastic.…

Went to get a safety inspection and had to leave because the computer was down (not their fault). However, Eli (not sure the spelling of his name) informed me and said come back tomorrow. When I did, he stopped everything and took my car 1st thing.
I have had my car stickered here twice and had a good experience both times. The service was polite and professional. The first time, they were able to replace a bulb on-site cheaply.

Inspections can be done on Saturdays! Quick and friendly service by Eli, the inspection took about 10 minutes. I’ve also been here in the past for oil changes and a new car inspection, and each time they’ve been clear with what they were doing and what they’ve found.
Eli was great

Excellent service.Friendly employees. Would definitely recommend this place!
The men at this establishment were the most lovely people to be around and constantly went out of their way to get our vehicle back on the road. They were generous with their time and services. I will 100% be bringing my personal and work vehicles to this garage for now on!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things!!
Easiest inspection I've ever gotten. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Please do not come to this place, a total scam. I went here for a state inspection, they failed me and told me my rear brakes need to be replaced which was going to cost me 400+ dollars. I felt suspicious because my brake sensor light is not on which means my brake is fine. I went to two other mechanic and they…
Employees were nice and efficient. Got my state inspection done in 10 minutes and did not need an appointment.
Did my Mass State Inspection here, very quick service--no appointment needed, in and out ten minutes. Service was also very friendly too.

Great each time I’ve gone. Quick, super polite and nice. Highly recommend!
Very quick and polite
Quick and easy!
Very friendly and professional, someone even explained it to me! So really the state inspection process is annoying for them with cameras and having I guess tinted covers over your license plate is illegal but the service worker performing the inspection on my car checked in with me and just took the cover off so…
Great, fast service!
These guys are the best. Inspection in under 10 min and they swapped my plates for free. 10/10 would recommend.
Took my vehicle in for a state safety inspection and was failed due to worn down brakes. Was told they could have new brakes installed and have me pass new inspection within the hour for $440. Told them I would take somewhere else for second opinion. Another garage reported my brakes were completely fine and said so…
Nick at Broadway Gas is the best!! I originally came in for an inspection and Nick caught on to a weird sound coming from my engine. Turns out there was a leak in one of the pipes and it had all rusted over. Nick was very patient in explaining it all to me and showed me exactly where the problem was. He was…
