Isiah was so kind and helpful! He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very friendly and patient, especially when my dog and kid were both showing off — he rolled with it, gave our pup some pets and didn’t mind the toddler following him around lol. We just had our initial visit so we will see if…

This is my second encounter with this technician. He was punctual, professional and comprehensive. He explained the ticket and made an effort to address peripheral issues. He also provided an armchair lecture on the habits of select pests. Great job and I learned a bit, double benefit.

They've always gone above and beyond to find the source of the issue and fix it accordingly. Most of our maintenance visits have been with Ty, we always look forward to catching up with him. Brody Brothers Pest really gave me my peace back. Although we live next to a vacant building and have to deal with it long term, they took the immediate pest out the house on the first try. And following back up in two weeks. They were detailed and thorough and truly know what they are doing.
Brody Brothers never fails to have our back! We pay for the monthly services and it’s worth every penny. Not only do they come out for their quarterly checks on their own but any time we have an issue with mice or ants, we give them a call in the moment and they are here within 5 (usually less) business days at no…

Kyle, and all of the techs have been thorough in protecting our home from unwanted visitors. He, like the others, was nice, informative, and treats us, as well as, our home with respect. He has kept our tiny castle fortified from invaders.
Technicians are great. Wish the monthly service fee was not so expensive
I used Brody Brody brothers sometime ago. They are an overpriced and ineffective pest control service that I would not recommend at all. Not to mention, the customer service representatives are rude, and it’s always a hassle scheduling service. I switched to Atlantic Pest Control. The service is more affordable, and I am pleased with the results thus far.
Matt is awesome! Very friendly, professional and attentive to my concerns. Great customer service ✨️
Company does a great job of keeping pests at bay. Extremely responsive to needs in between regular service visits. And all the techs have been knowledgeable and friendly.
Wish we didn’t need Brody Brothers, but we do! Very happy with our service package. So far three techs have been out to address our pest issues. All have been good, but the most recent tech, Matthew really took his time to patch up any remaining problem areas. Will definitely request him for future follow ups.

Found company from google search. Able to easily contact and schedule an initial inspection within one week. Service Technician arrived promptly, very professional and friendly, explaining the various actions he would take during the inspection, what was expected from me and the next steps for the second visit.…

Brody Brothers has provided us with great service and is always prompt with responding to our calls. Highly recommend them!
Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the tech didn't call or text before he comes. Other than tht the service is good.

Caleb came for our quarterly inspection.
