They came multiple times until hornet problem was resolved
Professional and friendly customer service. Excellent, would highly recommend.
Edit to update. Brody no longer does service calls unless you sign up for a yearly subscription plan. Matt showed up on time (after the office texted and emailed that he was on the way). He was willing to go above (literally) and beyond to remove a huge hornet nest that was over 30' up on the side of our house. He…
I haves used Brody Brothers for over 5 yrs. The service is excellent, the techs are friendly and knowledgeable.

Brody Bros has done amazing service with us in two houses. Gone above and beyond to address our issues. Highly recommend them for any pest issues.
Excellent service
I am not able to walk well and Ari was very conscious of speaking loudly, so that I could hear from my chair. He put on booties to protect my floor, while I showed him the hive from my window. He saw the problem, put on his bee suit, and extinguished our yellow jacket nest. He explained what I should see, when…
Shane did tremendous work!

Matt and Jay have both been excellent and provided great service. Both were extremely kind and outgoing. Jay went above and beyond over the summer even going in my shed and taking care of wasps and carpenter bees that decided to move in. Highly recommend this company and these two in particular.

We have happily used Brody Brothers for at least 20 years to keep our home safe. They have always been very responsive and pleasant to work with. Most recently, after noticing wasps near a light fixture on our roofline, they came out promptly to manage the hive. Thanks to Ari and the Brody Brothers team!
Matt was pleasant . He sprayed for wasps and ants.

Good service. They are great with communication as they can contact you at the method that works better for you, phone or email (some companies only want it their way). I get expectations of what the service will entail & updates when they will arrive. Every person that I have dealt with (phone, email, or in person)…

Great Company. Employees go way over and above to be accommodating and friendly. Highly effective work.
The tech came over to look at a possible hornet or wasp nest. However, the nest had already been destroyed so he walked through the entire property to make sure there wasn't anything else of concern. He gave me some good pointers of what to look out for and then did not charge me anything for the inspection. I was…

I love the customer service and the professionalism of the techs. They got rid of a wasp nest I had and so that issue was resolved within two days of calling them. The only issue I have is the mosquito service. Didn’t work very well. Overall I would recommend them over terminix!
Brody Brothers is fantastic!! I made an appointment and the tech arrived on time. However, he assessed our area of concern and confirmed that we had ground nesting wasps. He didn't try to apply a chemical. The tech physically removed the nest. All in a half hour's time. I would definitely contact them again for assistance.
