Great service, very professional!
I’ve been using Brody Brothers for OVER 10 years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of their technicians nor their responsiveness to any expressed concerns. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable and concerned. I continue to highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Brody Brothers is an excellent company. Every person I have met or talked with at Brody is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
Kyle was on time and very helpful. He did a very thorough job inspecting our home and adding some additional protection
Brody has always been reliable. I called today to have a dead mouse removed and within 30 minutes the technician was here. Highly recommend.
If I could give Brody Brothers more than five stars, I would. They did a phenomenal job of handling my relative's severe rodent problem. When Mickey and his friends decided to visit my home, I knew exactly who to call. Brody Brothers are always responsive, extremely thorough, professional, prompt, and have the…
Trustworthy , always on time, problem solving company - happy with them since day one
Office personnel explained the services which could be performed and the initial and monthly pricing. It was easy and timely to set the first appointment. The tech - Shane - showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service to date.
An excellent experience and service. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Brody Brothers for your pest control service company.
I highly recommend Brody Brothers for all your pest needs. I moved into a very old house and had mice. I used two other reputable pest control companies and they were unable to resolve the mice problem despite multiple attempts. Brody Brothers is extremely experienced in finding even the tiniest mouse holes and…
Brody Brothers solved my mouse problem and my termite problem. The techs that have visited have been well mannered, instructive, and professional. Their office staff is also very polite and easy to work with. All in all, they seem to be a very efficient company.
Attention to detail, listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly and explained everything very well
Brody brothers has been super effective for us. We had an issue with a few outdoor rats when we first moved to our house 4 years ago. We’ve had zero issues since we got an abatement contract with them,
Prompt, actually arrived early. Explained all that needed to be done & performed the service. Would definitely recommend!
Very thorough and my problem is almost nonexistent
Isiah was so kind and helpful! He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very friendly and patient, especially when my dog and kid were both showing off — he rolled with it, gave our pup some pets and didn’t mind the toddler following him around lol. We just had our initial visit so we will see if…
Very knowledgeable and thorough in treating my house for mice 10 plus rating
Joe was an excellent technician and spent so much time inspecting the house. At one point, he was on a ladder filling in a small hole. Excellent service!
We have been SO happy with Brody Brothers! Ty and Michael have completely solved any and all of our pest concerns. They've always gone above and beyond to find the source of the issue and fix it accordingly. Most of our maintenance visits have been with Ty, we always look forward to catching up with him. He is so…
John was great. Very thorough and prompt.
Justin went above and beyond to determine the Who-what-where and how slugs were getting into the house. Yuck. Also, I can depend on Brody Brothers to be responsive, professional and punctual.
Jacob is Very informative and goes the extra mile every time to help solve our rodent problem. We live in a complex where there not much that can be done to completely solve the problem but with Brody brothers help we have been able to minimize the issues by a lot. Once our lease is up we’ll be taking Brody brothers with us.
He was very quick and very professional. Since this was the first treatment, I don’t know exactly how good it is time will tell.
Nathaniel is reliable, friendly, and competent.
Joe is friendly and cheerful, which I, as a human, appreciate. . But he turned relentless in his search for the moths that destroyed many of our sweaters , which is why I had asked for an extra visit. And he recommended a treatment to help me find moths and recommended how to protect our woolen clothing in the…
My one year contract for mice control comes to an end this month, August 2026. Service is always thorough and technician Ty is very professional and knowledgeable. The only negative is poor communication within the office. I booked my appointment 3 weeks ago and requested a first appointment at 8AM because of an…
We have a monthly maintenance plan with Brody Brothers and plan to keep our plan as long as we live in an old row home in Baltimore City. The entire city team (Jake, Justin, occasionally Brandon…sorry if I’m forgetting anyone) in Fed Hill/Locust Point area is amazing! They always come in a timely manner when we…
I wasted over a month and lost several nights of sleep before a man from Skedaddle suggested I contact Brody Brothers if I wanted immediate relieve from the scratching sounds in my attic and wall. Termix came and wanted to charge me $7200 to replace my insulation, which wouldn’t do anything about the issue in the…
I have nothing but good things to say about them!
On time, friendly and very attentive to detail. Explained everything and walked me around to show me what he did. Highly recommend Wayne
Always courteous and informative. The service itself is effective and top notch. Each issue we’ve had in our home has been addressed to a non existent level. Highly recommended.
Cant say enough about this company! Great attention to details. Courteous and always on time for appointments. Always do a very thorough inspection of the house both inside and outside. Professional appearance, easy to talk to. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company for all your extermination needs.
Brody Brothers Pest really gave me my peace back. Although we live next to a vacant building and have to deal with it long term, they took the immediate pest out the house on the first try. And following back up in two weeks. They were detailed and thorough and truly know what they are doing.
Brody Brothers never fails to have our back! We pay for the monthly services and it’s worth every penny. Not only do they come out for their quarterly checks on their own but any time we have an issue with mice or ants, we give them a call in the moment and they are here within 5 (usually less) business days at no…

Hello Shane is professional, kind and does an exvellent job. Pest problem under control. Thank you.

The technicians are super nice and very professional. They take their time and are very thorough. Thanks to Brody I have my house back as well as my peace of mind.
We've had a subscription with Brody Brothers for a few years through our landlord, and they are a professional and communicative team, but unfortunately don't stick the landing. - Brody Brothers comes to our home for quarterly treatment for general pests, and our house is still constantly ridden with carpet…
Brody Services failed to deliver the solution I contracted them for, misrepresented their methods, and ultimately banned me as a customer for canceling a contract that they themselves assured me I could end if the problem persisted. Because of our home’s location, field mice are expected, but they began entering…

He was very polite and professional.
Switched to Atlantic and have been much happier with the service and results. I thought I was getting good service but it turns out I was just being roped into an expensive long term contract.
Matt was very thorough!
I used Brody Brody brothers sometime ago. They are an overpriced and ineffective pest control service that I would not recommend at all. Not to mention, the customer service representatives are rude, and it’s always a hassle scheduling service. I switched to Atlantic Pest Control. The service is more affordable, and I am pleased with the results thus far.
Matt was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He knows his job is threefold: animal science, home construction and human psychology. He determined the best places to initially set the mouse traps and answered all questions that were of concern to me. He also treated my deck for spider webs.
Friendly and prompt service. Reliable team.
Amazing work, my wife and I have used Brody Brothers for years now. We are always impressed at the level of professionalism and courtesy from each of the techs. Our latest tech Matthew was phenomenal; very thorough and efficient when it comes to checking all our bait stations and snap traps.
Highly recommend. They are true professionals and very responsive. They took extensive care when resolving our mouse and cockroach problem. The roaches disappeared and shortly after the traps and bait caught the mouse. We have small children and so the team took care and placing baits in discreet and high places to reach area.
Kyle did a great job replacing traps, and installing new bait stations. He was informative and quick with his work.
Wish we didn’t need Brody Brothers, but we do! Very happy with our service package. So far three techs have been out to address our pest issues. All have been good, but the most recent tech, Matthew really took his time to patch up any remaining problem areas. Will definitely request him for future follow ups.
Matt is so thorough. I am grateful every time he comes to the house to defend our house against pests.
I have an annual membership pay over 50/month. Worth every penny! Kyle and Steve do a great job, always pleasant and professional.
Excellent communication skills
Shane was prompt and ready to provide service. I am grateful for his help with my mice problem!

Matt and Jay have both been excellent and provided great service. Both were extremely kind and outgoing. Jay went above and beyond over the summer even going in my shed and taking care of wasps and carpenter bees that decided to move in. Highly recommend this company and these two in particular.

We appreciate them coming out between services when something shows up. We had ants and they helped to control them. Not only that, but they explain why certain things happen when. Highly recommend them!
Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the tech didn't call or text before he comes. Other than tht the service is good.
Brody Brothers is the best! They have never let me down! I was in a contract with them and ever quarter they were there to treat the house. Not to mention if I needed them before the quarterly visits hit they would come as fast as the very next day. I highly recommend this company for your extermination needs!

Brody Brothers has been very helpful and thorough. We are on a one-year home service plan. They come for an initial inspection, a 2-week follow-up, quarterly and also upon request. Chris performed the quarterly inspection after explaining what he would do, asked if there was anything we specifically wanted checked and quietly completed the task. When completed, he explained what was found (nothing) and that all was well.
All of their staff, including office and field technicians are very responsive and professional. The technician always put on shoe cover when coming inside of house. The main rodent problem is controlled well. But I found that spiders are still an issue.
So, don't get me wrong I love this company. However for an appointment I had I told them specifically that I did not get off until 5 so make sure that tech doesn't come before then. Guess what, the tech arrived at 430. He spoke to my 22yr old who didn't tell him what needed to be told. She was told that everything…
