I love tanning here! The staff is always super friendly and helpful if I have questions. I can go right in and get in a great bed with no problems. Little to no wait. Not to mention they have the best beds around!! My tan looks fantastic. Thank you Bronze Tan!

Hi Lisa, I’m really sorry you had a bad experience but I don’t think you understood how are membership works. Im sorry we didn’t explain it effectively to you. The $5 a month is to hold your rate so that you don’t pay more if the price goes up. That accumulates in an in-store account. You wanted to unfreeze your account on March 3rd. There is 12 days left on our billing cycle where we run all members cards on the 15th. It was 26.50 to pay for those 12 days. You had $25 accumulated on your in-store account so it would have cost you $1.50 to get your account activated and paid thru March 14th. I reached out to you to try and explain this and we’d love the opportunity to try and win you back.
