Five star definitely!
I had them work on my daughter's Camry. They were incredibly quick with the work and the camry came back looking better than when we bought it. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. My daughter left her wallet in the car and they even went out of there way to find it for her. They fixed the broken parts, repainted,…
My first bmw I’ve ever owned for 5 years and someone decided to hit it while it was parked perfectly fine in a parking lot and damaged the front driver side of the bumper. Obviously being my first my bmw i had no clue insurance companies are so quick to total them out through virtual assesment and not have them…

Replaced my driver side door panel well, fast, great communication . Paint job was sick as well, great and reliable here
It all started with the excellent tow service. The shop went right to work to diagnose and work the problem that was affecting my vehicle. They were great. Would use them again.
Zane is very professional. He did a great job on my car. I highly recommend this auto body shop.
They did an amazing job. Very accommodating, reliable and timely. Zane even helped me take the car seat out. put it in the rental, then back into my car when it was ready. He took the time out or his day twice to help. Everyone there is just genuinely nice.

They did such an amazing job and were so professional. 10 out of 10 recommended going here for any of your car needs!!!
AMAZING! Super great pricing, really nice, kind staff, and owners! Great small talk with the customers as well. Fixed a piece on my bumper, that ripped off in a car wash...So helpful about it!! Now I'm replacing my bumper with them. Having them paint and install a bumper I bought! Not a lot of shops will do this for you!! And again- AWESOME PRICING!
Great customer service, fair and friendly!
Very professional, guys were really nice, and they did great work. We’ve had several cars go through the shop and we’ve always been pleased.
I was so pleased with the body work done on my car. My front end and doors were damaged as a result of a hit and run in a parking lot. Frank and Zane were incredible to work with and assured me they could take care of it. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier. They are true professionals. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you, Brookfield Auto Body! I was treated with the utmost respect and the entire staff is exceptionally professional. Frank, who handles the front desk, went to bat for me with my insurance company and was able to get my car repaired and painted within a week. I am grateful for their help and I know they stand…
Out of all my experiences with vehicle repairs and dealing with cars, this was the easiest process I’ve had to go through. I was hit by a multiple car pile up and despite the shop being busy, they got right to work on my car, even the insurance adjuster commented on the speed. Some of my parts were back ordered, but…
Zane Mike and Frank took care of my baby at Brookfield Auto now they're doing that again I recommend everyone brings their car to Brookfield Auto located in Hartford.
The team there was so amazing, I felt like I was a family member. Frank was my first point of contact and I was very much impressed with him I didn’t need to search any more body repair shop! This was just top notch service! Thanks to Zain as well.
The entire staff here was so professional and went above and beyond the entire time I interacted with them. Frank contacted me so quickly after my first request. I admit I was so surprised by how fast the entire process was! They let me use a loaner car at no cost while my car was being fixed. They were so kind to…
Brookfield was extremely timely with their repair of the vehicle and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend their services.
This family run business was amazing. Not only was the quality of work exceptional (they matched paint and took pride in their work) but they helped me navigate a complicated insurance claim as well as provided me with a ride and rental car assistance. Zane was professional at all times and advocated for me…
