Customers frequently praise Brothers Tree Service for professional tree removal, punctual arrivals, and reasonable pricing. Many reviewers highlight thorough cleanup and clear communication during the job. However, low-star reviews indicate a recurring issue with follow-up on estimates, where some clients reported not receiving quotes after initial visits. One reviewer also noted property damage during a project.

Recently Brothers Tree came out after a storm and removed a dead tree that had fallen in my yard, and then they came back to cut down and remove two more very large trees that were in danger of falling on my house. I was quite surprised at how fast they were able to take down the trees, remove them and clean up the yard - it looks great out there and now I'm not worried about the trees coming down in a storm. They have done a lot of work in my yard and they are amazing - extremely professional, knowledgeable, and they are all polite and courteous. I highly recommend them!

UPDATE: They may be great with trees but HORRIBLE at landscaping! I gave them a try at landscaping after removing the tree last year & had a completely different experience. Paid $1,000 for a bad experience because I trusted them. Communication was terrible, the 2 workers showed up at a time we did NOT agree on, with little to NO landscaping tools for the job to be done. My abbreviate bushes are ruined because they shaped the bottom when they were supposed to go across the top of them as you're supposed to. Clean up job was horrific, my neighbor was embarrassed when she had a party the day after they did the job because it looked so horrible. Good luck if using them for landscaping, it shouldn't advertise landscaping after the way my home was left. I really didn't want to write this unfortunate update but had to warn others before you have high expectations after wasting $1,000. I had cheaper quotes from other places but went with Brothers because of the first experience, my mistake. I don’t know if 5 stars is good enough! Great people, great price & great workers! We had a crew come remove a very large & dangerously placed dying tree. They still came after a long day getting a flat tire & still got the job done so fast & efficiently we couldn’t even believe it. Very smooth process, clear communication and amazing clean up job. Definitely will use them again for anything needed at our home. Thank you guys!
Look no further. Best prices and excellent work, not to mention they're super nice and accommodating!
The crew was very accommodating... Very professional removing two large trees at a very very very very very very reasonable price.
