Timely arrival and positive attitude.
I had my first service with BugBros yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Both Scott and Gabriel were polite, thorough, explained in detail to me what they were about to do, and treated me with respect. Maybe this shouldn't surprise me, but in today's world it did. Always great customer service!!
We live in the country and have had problems with termites before. I hired Bug Bros to come evaluate if all was still well. I feel like we hot a good honest opinion and additionally they sprayed for spiders and even cleared out a few hidden wasps nests. Overall, very happy with our service. We will use them again.
