Scheduled bug spray outside and inside was completed with care taken by keeping us updated what he was doing. This enabled us to keep our 3 dogs in an appropriate location, moving them outside to keep them out of his way. Thank you Gabriel!

Gabriel was really nice, I wasn't there but spoke to him on the phone. My husband said he was very through.
I was supposed to get a termite inspection but he was not aware of it and explained that he wasn't termite certified and they would have to reschedule for that service.

Very pleasant to work with on the phone when working on getting the initial start day worked out. They where scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 and at 1 sent a text saying he was on his way. When Scott arrived he had me explain what all was going on and looked everything over and explained to me thoroughly what was going to be done and then asked me if I had any questions. Scott is very pleasant and I would recommend him and the rest of the crew at BugBros as the place to go if you are having mice and spider issues.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Thank you, Daniel, for the kind feedback. We are glad the scheduling and Scott's visit went smoothly and that he took the time to explain everything and answer your questions. We will share your recommendation with Scott and the rest of the BugBros team. We appreciate you trusting us with your mice and spider concerns.
