Burnett is an outstanding service center. Have never had an issue with them. Great service, friendly, decent prices. Strongly recommend them!!
This was my first time bringing my Kia to Burnett’s. A friend recommended them. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone was extremely friendly and they rotated my tires for free! The price was at least $40-$50 less than where I used to take my car. I will definitely be returning!
I had low pressure in my front tire and Burnett was able replace my tire quickly. Very nice front office staff.
Such a busy place and yet everyone was so great to work with. Their service checks recognized my battery was testing low cold cranking amps. The battery was pretty new and still under warranty. Since Burnett sells the same brand they honored my warranty and replaced the battery for me. I really appreciated that extra service.
Great experience. After another place told me i needed brakes months ago, Burnett told me i have no need to replace them for a little bit. That type of honesty goes a long way. Really appreciate that and am inclined to trust them with all my future auto repair needs. Communication was A+ as well. Highly recommend this store at 135th and Quivira.
Great customer service. Front desk personnel were ready for my arrival and service was complete within 10 minutes of time I was told service would be completed. This was my first time and I was so impressed especially since they had so many cars in the bay and new customers showing up in droves.
No complaints.
Burnett always provides fantastic service.
Great service! Accomplished the work I requested. They didn’t try to add on any additional services like some places seem to do.
Burnett is the only place I trust with my car!
The repair came in higher than the estimate. Jordan worked directly with the insurance company to get the additional financing funds. Car looks great!
Excellent and quick service, price was very reasonable too.
We always have a great experience at Burnett!
This is my third visit and I have not been disappointed. The continue to provide professional service and always timely.
Great service. Clear communication. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Will go to Burnetts for all my service needs!
As always, amazing service and great communication. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else if you want it done right the first time.
Always great service and friendly faces!
Always great
Only trust Burnett Automotive to work on my car.
Burnett’s (thanks Nicole and Jordan and all the amazing service technicians) make having your car serviced a pleasant experience. I never feel skeptical about their advice. Prices are fair.
Got my service done quickly and at a good price.
Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer.
They are always professional, friendly, and helpful. The video review of work done and suggested items is nice.
Everything was GREAT!! Burnett Automotive is always very thorough and helpful!!
I have been getting my car service done for more than 15 years here. Great service, reliable and honest.
Burnett is the best! Best mechanics that are very professional and honest. I recommended them to family members and we all depend on Burnett for any car issues. I trust their work and they also have great prices on tires and will price match if I find any tires for less.
Repeat customer and always satisfied with my experience. They are friendly and efficient.
I want to say thank you to the entire crew at Burnette automotive at 135th and Quivira I am thankful for everything they do! Each member knows who I am, and I am always grateful for their smiles when I come in. Everyone from Jordan, Nicole, John, both Johns, Chad, Israel and Ross! And all of the mechanics that work…
As always completing the stuff I asked them to do and nothing more. Not pushy or demanding.
Very friendly staff professional and knowledgeable while giving good information along with options. Will continue to have my cars looked at there
Burnett Automotive provides consistent quality services and the best customer service I have ever received. Burnett has maintained my car in excellent condition and recommends services but never pushes extra service. I trust Burnett staff to provide quality, knowledgeable service at each visit.
Quick and easy service and I liked the video of the service being done. Service was appropriately priced and all Burnett employees were courteous as well as knowledgeable. Thank you.
Took care of my vehicle while I was at work, gave me a ride to & from work.
Oct 2025: Full oil change service, tire rotation and new wipers, along with estimate given for future car maintenance and prioritization for work due on 2013 Toyota Highlander. Jordan & Nicole responsive and welcoming. Transitioned our recent college grad's car maintenance to them as well, for her to now…
I’ve been there many times with multiple vehicles. They are always very easy to work with, honest, and do quality work.
They were able to get the car completed qiickly and provide me with great knowledge.
