Burnett is an outstanding service center. Have never had an issue with them. Great service, friendly, decent prices. Strongly recommend them!!
Great, quick service and very competetive prices.
Excellent same day service without an appointment. I had a flat tire….they fixed the flat and put it back on my Bronco.
Bought a new set of Goodyear tires for my Land Cruiser. They took their time to properly clean the rims and get the tires installed and balanced. They used proper procedure to torque the lugs on my wheels. It took a bit longer, but they did it correctly and that's what was most important to me. I will work with them again.
Thanks for your service …
Fast, friendly, professional service
Service oriented. Competitive with down home service.
Very accommodating. Fixed my tire, and I was out of there! Appreciate their responsiveness!
Friendly. Efficient. Good service.
I love Burnett, we will always take our cars to them. Friendly, honest and great to work with overall.
Everyone was very nice, accommodating and helpful.
Kept me informed throughout. Waiting room is comfortable and clean
Great service. Vehicle ready when promised. Fair price
Dropped car to have them look at a screw in my tire. Patched tire and guaranteed for life of tire
Good communications throughout the process.
Great customer service from Matthew, checked my tire pressure on my Honda. Thank you.
I brought my car in for a nail in the tire. They said I could leave it and they would get to it before closing. I didn’t have a way home and they have a shuttle service that was awesome!!
Fast courteous professional service.
I took my car in to get four new tires. I managed to drop my car off at a different location then I set up my appointment. But this location where I drop the car managed to still get me taken care of that day. I very much appreciated them helping me out as I really really needed those tires.
Easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule.
Have gotten tires from here before. Always a good better best plan. No pressure, just choices. Got back into row. Late and pulled up at 6:05pm and the folks inside still accommodated me.
I visited the shop because my tire suddenly went flat. It was close to closing time—literally the last minute—but they took excellent care of my tire, and I was incredibly grateful.
As usual, great service!!
This is my third visit and I have not been disappointed. The continue to provide professional service and always timely.
Great service. Clear communication. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Will go to Burnetts for all my service needs!
Easy to schedule. Quick response. Reasonable prices.
They do really great work & the only shop I’ve found that can clean the inside of my Tahoe mag wheels to prevent loss of air pressure.
As always, amazing service and great communication. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else if you want it done right the first time.
Great service! Prompt contact from website and had my tires rotated and tps sensor serviced quickly and economically. My go to for tire needs.
Excellent service, great staff, I always buy my tires from them. But they can be pricey for somethings, $50 for cabin air filter and installation(less than 5 minutes) is a little high.
Always on time, fair price, quality all around.
Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer.
Work was completed quickly and kept me informed.
Excellent customer service! Polite, courteous, quick and knowledgeable people! Have used Burnett Auto a couple of times and will definitely continue to use them!
Great customer service. Kept me informed during the process.
Burnett is the best! Best mechanics that are very professional and honest. I recommended them to family members and we all depend on Burnett for any car issues. I trust their work and they also have great prices on tires and will price match if I find any tires for less.
Fast friendly service. Trust worthy!
Repeat customer and always satisfied with my experience. They are friendly and efficient.
I want to say thank you to the entire crew at Burnette automotive at 135th and Quivira I am thankful for everything they do! Each member knows who I am, and I am always grateful for their smiles when I come in. Everyone from Jordan, Nicole, John, both Johns, Chad, Israel and Ross! And all of the mechanics that work…
So glad we were able to be worked in on a busy day to get our tire fixed. They always go the extra mile here.
