I had low pressure in my front tire and Burnett was able replace my tire quickly. Very nice front office staff.
Such a busy place and yet everyone was so great to work with. Their service checks recognized my battery was testing low cold cranking amps. The battery was pretty new and still under warranty. Since Burnett sells the same brand they honored my warranty and replaced the battery for me. I really appreciated that extra service.

Burnett is the best! Best mechanics that are very professional and honest. I recommended them to family members and we all depend on Burnett for any car issues. I trust their work and they also have great prices on tires and will price match if I find any tires for less.
As always completing the stuff I asked them to do and nothing more. Not pushy or demanding.
I thought I would "shop around" but learned my lesson ..I purchased 4 new top of the line tires, and a 3 year alignment for less money than a discount competitor offered for only 4 new second tier tires. Burnetts ALWAYS has delivered consistent and professional service and quality products for us thought the years.
