They were extremely timely and had reasonable fees.
I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Burnett also did a complimentary alignment check for me. They also have a great tire sale going on through the end of August, so I bought 4 new tires at an outstanding price! Service there is always friendly and my car was ready early.
My experience with Burnett Automotive has been very positive. They have promptly taken my car in and had it serviced when they said they would at the cost that they said they would. The waiting room is very clean. The staff is very polite and professional. They are a five star service. I come from Blue Springs, Missouri to have my car serviced by them.

On a wet windy Monday morning, I went outside to discover my passenger side rear tire nearly flat.😬aired it up and took it to Burnett auto on quivera and college- and they fixed the tire, balanced it! I happen to work in the same complex- so left it and they called when it was ready! Great people to work with - I have always had good luck! Hope you do too
Oil change on our motorhome but it was too tall for the bay so they did it in the parking lot. That’s going above and beyond! Also our tire valve extenders were not in the right location to easily access to inflate tires. They fixed those too!

I have happily used this Burnett’s for ~20 yrs! Charles is an excellent resource, w great customer service, & helps explain any of my questions. They frequently can schedule me within 1-2 days. Their newer (female) staff has done an excellent job helping me decide wc new tire options, refunds, & warranties were best…
Needed an oil change and called one place that couldn’t fit me in until the next week, so called Burnett’s in Overland Park. They had an opening at 1:00 pm that day. Took it in and was out just before 2:00pm. No 10 minute job! They took the time to do it right!
They were able to get my car in within 30 mins and were so very kind to me! I’m not very educated in all that and answered all my questions while being extremely patient with me!!
Easy to set up appointment, pricing transparent and fair, work done quickly and in time.
