I’ve had my truck serviced at Burnett for a number of years and have always been satisfied. May not be the least expensive place in town but as with all things you get what you pay for and they have always had quality service
Burnett Automotive is amazing!!! This is one of the best automotive shops in Kansas City. The customer service and knowledge is unrivaled. They are incredibly thorough, and will explain the intricacies of your car’s issues. They are patient if you have questions. You can’t beat Burnett. If you are in the area…
Burnett has serviced 2012 Chrysler Town & Country 220k miles for us and the previous owner. That's enabled it to (as the old Timex ads said) 'take a licking and keep on ticking'
Always helpful
They were extremely timely and had reasonable fees.
I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Burnett also did a complimentary alignment check for me. They also have a great tire sale going on through the end of August, so I bought 4 new tires at an outstanding price! Service there is always friendly and my car was ready early.
My experience with Burnett Automotive has been very positive. They have promptly taken my car in and had it serviced when they said they would at the cost that they said they would. The waiting room is very clean. The staff is very polite and professional. They are a five star service. I come from Blue Springs, Missouri to have my car serviced by them.
Oil change for services. Done in a timely manner. I’ve used Burnett Auto here and in Lenexa and always get good service.
I absolutely love Burnett and the staff here! Great people, great service, great pricing, and great communication! Burnett always makes sure to take great care of my fleet and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location and staff for all of your automotive needs!
On a wet windy Monday morning, I went outside to discover my passenger side rear tire nearly flat.😬aired it up and took it to Burnett auto on quivera and college- and they fixed the tire, balanced it! I happen to work in the same complex- so left it and they called when it was ready! Great people to work with - I have always had good luck! Hope you do too
Oil change on our motorhome but it was too tall for the bay so they did it in the parking lot. That’s going above and beyond! Also our tire valve extenders were not in the right location to easily access to inflate tires. They fixed those too!
Quick and great explanation of what was happening with my car. I’ll have to come back! And I love the shuttle service!
I have happily used this Burnett’s for ~20 yrs! Charles is an excellent resource, w great customer service, & helps explain any of my questions. They frequently can schedule me within 1-2 days. Their newer (female) staff has done an excellent job helping me decide wc new tire options, refunds, & warranties were best…
Needed an oil change and called one place that couldn’t fit me in until the next week, so called Burnett’s in Overland Park. They had an opening at 1:00 pm that day. Took it in and was out just before 2:00pm. No 10 minute job! They took the time to do it right!
They were able to get my car in within 30 mins and were so very kind to me! I’m not very educated in all that and answered all my questions while being extremely patient with me!!
Easy to set up appointment, pricing transparent and fair, work done quickly and in time.
Burnetts always squeezes me in whenever I need them and has my car done in a timely manner! Thank you!
Very kind and thorough!
In and out no complaints no drama!
Always good care for years
We’ve used them for years. We always get good service and I love that they take the time to explain everything with you before they start working
Best place in town to take your car truck or suv. Great service
Great work as always with Burnett. Water pump went out and they fixed it fast and reasonable cost! Will continue using Burnett!
I switched from my dealer's service department to Burnett and don't regret it. Burnett is faster, more economical, and much easier to work with than the dealer. I highly recommend them.
First time here and they were really reasonably priced and they didn’t try to pressure me into getting additional things done. Answered all of my questions and were really helpful in understanding what was going on with my car. They even checked a few extra things like my brakes and battery to see how they were…
Burnett has taken good care of our family vehicles for years. Would recommend them to anyone.
Continuing to be highly satisfied with the quality of service for our cars.
Prompt, friendly and efficient service.
Excellent service & price
Bought 5 tires in April. Had a total blow out on the highway 1st of November with less than 6000 miles of wear. No visible puncture to the tire was observed by me or the Burnett Employee. I was told there was no warranty due to the fact that I didn’t purchase any additional road hazard warranties. I explained I…
Great service!
Burnett has always been good to me for almost 6 years now. I think they are honest to me and do a very good job, always. Thank you Burnett team!
Everyone I had contact with was wearing mask. The front CB office guys are always professional and knowledgeable about situations I come to them to have checked or handled. Prices are reasonable. Service is convenient and timely. Front office is clean and following COVID protocal.
Always pleasant people, no hard sales for other services .
I feel like the folks at Burnett Automotive are honest and good technicians. They shoot you straight on how long they may need to fix your car and get it done when they say they will. I trust them with all of my car needs.
Tyler worked on my 2015 F-150. Quick service and exchanged my 3 year old battery still under warranty for free.
Great crew to work with - they do great work and it’s easy to schedule!
I have been going to Burnett Automotive for a little over a year now and the service everytime is amazing! Always fast and reliable to get me back in my car the very same day; 100000000000% would recommend! Thank you for always giving me the best experience.
I love getting my oil change here! They fit me in the same day I called. Victoria is a wonderful employee and I made a new friend! For years, Ryan has helped me in several pinches and also gave me a 1/2 off an oil change when I returned a tire sensor they left in my vehicle. Such Great place to take your car! Very…
Everything done on time and courteous
The team at Burnett was able to get us in same day for a time-sensitive part replacement, as well as routine maintenance, and had everything finished quickly for a very reasonable price.
Burnett is transparent, very thorough, and provide excellent service! Every once in awhile the stars align and you find an honest, skilled, and dependable garage to service your car. When you find that, grab on with both hands and don't let go. This is that place. I've had some odd things cone up with my car and…
I have used Burnett Automotive for 15 years. They have taken good care of my cars.
Great shop with team that explains all repairs, answers questions and provides pricing solutions for your budget. My car and I are regulars here
I'm not from Overland Park but I was out there for a doctor's appointment and my car started acting up. My oil was low which was messing with my timing and I needed a new tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but said they could go get one if I could wait a bit. It was noon and I was fully prepared to wait there…
