Took the escape on for a slow leak by appointment and they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Charged me a reasonable $32. I would use them again.

I brought my car to this facility based on my brother-in-law’s recommendation to have a tire repaired. They were prompt and thorough, found the leak and repaired it. I made it all the way back to northern michigan with no problems so great job.
This was the second time I have used Burnett Automotive for my car care. This time it was tires. Completely happy with the whole experience. And while the tires were put on I waited in their very comfortable and clean waiting area. Everyone was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Will definitely use their services again.

I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Burnett also did a complimentary alignment check for me. They also have a great tire sale going on through the end of August, so I bought 4 new tires at an outstanding price! Service there is always friendly and my car was ready early.

Had new tires ordered and installed. Great customer service all the way through the process. Installation was done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new tire and looking for great advice and best options for your particular vehicle and needs.
These guys consistently do great work. I like their transparent process of showing you a video of their work. I was recommended for the work that was needed, not unnecessary add ons.

Had a great experience with Burnett. They performed an evaluation of front suspension and provided detailed estimate of the issues we noticed, worked with me to get a cost effective solution, and had everything fixed in one day! Great service at reasonable price.

Stop in to see if they could repair a tire with a nail in it and they got to it right away. They were very polite and efficient.

We were on for a 4 hour trip but one of our tires started vibrating after the first hour. We stopped at Burnett and without an appointment they had someone go to their warehouse to get the unusual sized tires we needed and installed them while we waited. Everyone was very nice and we really appreciated their help!
They were able to get my car in within 30 mins and were so very kind to me! I’m not very educated in all that and answered all my questions while being extremely patient with me!!

Very fast and efficient. My tire was losing air and they found a rusted nail ( even taped it to my work order). Then checked all the air in all 4 tires. I was able to wait for it to be completed
