I've been taking my 2008 Civic to Burnett for years. The best thing about the mechanics is that they don't try to sell you anything you don't need; in fact they dispelled my concern about needing new tires, assuring me that I wouldn't need to do it for several months,. When I finally did need the tires, someone…
Great and timely service! My mechanics for last 10 years!
I’ve had my truck serviced at Burnett for a number of years and have always been satisfied. May not be the least expensive place in town but as with all things you get what you pay for and they have always had quality service
Took the escape on for a slow leak by appointment and they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Charged me a reasonable $32. I would use them again.
Consistent product. Recognized other problems and offered fixes. Got my leaking tire fixed fast and at a cost I expected.
I decided to go to Burnett Automotive after having an awful experience with customer service at nearby Goodyear store on 103rd Stateline Rd. From start to finish with making initial call for pricing, making an appointment, friendly customer service, wait time, and repairs completed I am 100% satisfied with how well…
I brought my car to this facility based on my brother-in-law’s recommendation to have a tire repaired. They were prompt and thorough, found the leak and repaired it. I made it all the way back to northern michigan with no problems so great job.
This was the second time I have used Burnett Automotive for my car care. This time it was tires. Completely happy with the whole experience. And while the tires were put on I waited in their very comfortable and clean waiting area. Everyone was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Will definitely use their services again.
Always a great experience with Burnette. I go to the one on College and Quivira. I’ve taken my car there for years and all of our family cars They work hard to get to the root of the problem, reasonably priced and fast!
Kind and knowledgeable
Accommodation for my needs and promptly resolved my problem at a fair price. Used them before and will again.
Friendly knowledgeable and understanding. Great service Tyler did a great job and helping me make a quality decision. Even though I wasn’t able to go with you guys, my experience was such that I would suggest you to any of my friends or family.!
I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Burnett also did a complimentary alignment check for me. They also have a great tire sale going on through the end of August, so I bought 4 new tires at an outstanding price! Service there is always friendly and my car was ready early.
car running better than it has since I can't remember when
The team was very polite, professional and the work performed in my car was of high quality
I have used Burnett Automotive for car service and tire replacement for several years and have always gotten excellent and professional service.
Charles was great. Knowledgeable, honest, very helpful. I’ll be back
Had new tires ordered and installed. Great customer service all the way through the process. Installation was done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new tire and looking for great advice and best options for your particular vehicle and needs.
These guys consistently do great work. I like their transparent process of showing you a video of their work. I was recommended for the work that was needed, not unnecessary add ons.
Ryan is absolutely amazing ! He got me taken care of during a tire issue . 10/10 service !

Service manager Jake was professional knowledgeable and helpful
I made an appointment to check a leak in one of my tires. After a brief review the technician came e in to tell me it wasn’t the tire, but a crack in the rim.
Had a great experience with Burnett. They performed an evaluation of front suspension and provided detailed estimate of the issues we noticed, worked with me to get a cost effective solution, and had everything fixed in one day! Great service at reasonable price.
Great job every time.
My husband got a quote for my new tires. I had a great experience calling them up, got an appointment the next day, a Saturday, at 1pm. I brought my car in. They were ready for me. Quickly took my key. I walked over to the Starbucks and waited about an hour and a half. Got a text that my car was ready to be picked…
Incredible service. Clear expectations. I had a flat that needed to get my tire patched before another appointment and their team helped me Quickly and professionally.
Stop in to see if they could repair a tire with a nail in it and they got to it right away. They were very polite and efficient.
They are extremely honest and don’t try to “sell” extras. They know why you come in for your appointment! Great service & they keep you updated on your service. I don’t go to my dealer for maintenance, I go to Burnett!
Awesome place with great people! Service was quick, fast and in a hurry while being done right.
We were on for a 4 hour trip but one of our tires started vibrating after the first hour. We stopped at Burnett and without an appointment they had someone go to their warehouse to get the unusual sized tires we needed and installed them while we waited. Everyone was very nice and we really appreciated their help!
They were able to get my car in within 30 mins and were so very kind to me! I’m not very educated in all that and answered all my questions while being extremely patient with me!!
The entire staff at Burnett is awesome. Great customer care and quality service! This is the second set of tires I’ve gotten here. They always do great maintenance and rotation service too.
Our car got a flat tire and the tire was shredded. I contacted Burnett Automotive and they went out of their way to make sure I safe. They got me in immediately and back on the road. Amazing.
Great service, they went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what tires I needed.
Great service. Had a sidewall puncture that could not be repaired and they gave me a good deal on a replacement set of tires.
Needed a tire repair & was able to get in quickly & then service was completed quickly as well. Great service!
Very fast and efficient. My tire was losing air and they found a rusted nail ( even taped it to my work order). Then checked all the air in all 4 tires. I was able to wait for it to be completed
Very kind and thorough!
Everyone was friendly and informative. The waiting area was clean.
I switched from my dealer's service department to Burnett and don't regret it. Burnett is faster, more economical, and much easier to work with than the dealer. I highly recommend them.
Very fast and very honest!
Burnett has taken good care of our family vehicles for years. Would recommend them to anyone.
I had another 5 star experience with the personnel at Burnett Tire. Once again, I had a tire issue & they managed to work me in that same day. All of the staff were very courteous, helpful & professional. I did think they should have charged me a little more for the work they did, given the peace of mind it provided…
They fixed my TPMS issue quickly and inexpensively. I trust these guys and have been doing business with them for 20 years
Prompt, friendly and efficient service.
Excellent service & price
All done well
Burnett's quickly diagnosed and then took care of my air conditioner issue. We absolutely will continue to be a customer.
Bought 5 tires in April. Had a total blow out on the highway 1st of November with less than 6000 miles of wear. No visible puncture to the tire was observed by me or the Burnett Employee. I was told there was no warranty due to the fact that I didn’t purchase any additional road hazard warranties. I explained I…

I love getting my oil change here! They fit me in the same day I called. Victoria is a wonderful employee and I made a new friend! For years, Ryan has helped me in several pinches and also gave me a 1/2 off an oil change when I returned a tire sensor they left in my vehicle. Such Great place to take your car! Very…
The team at Burnett was able to get us in same day for a time-sensitive part replacement, as well as routine maintenance, and had everything finished quickly for a very reasonable price.
Brought car in with flat right before closing but they stayed late to get it fixed for me even though I had road hazard and there was no charge to me.
Great shop with team that explains all repairs, answers questions and provides pricing solutions for your budget. My car and I are regulars here
I'm not from Overland Park but I was out there for a doctor's appointment and my car started acting up. My oil was low which was messing with my timing and I needed a new tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but said they could go get one if I could wait a bit. It was noon and I was fully prepared to wait there…
