I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Burnett also did a complimentary alignment check for me. They also have a great tire sale going on through the end of August, so I bought 4 new tires at an outstanding price! Service there is always friendly and my car was ready early.
My experience with Burnett Automotive has been very positive. They have promptly taken my car in and had it serviced when they said they would at the cost that they said they would. The waiting room is very clean. The staff is very polite and professional. They are a five star service. I come from Blue Springs, Missouri to have my car serviced by them.

On a wet windy Monday morning, I went outside to discover my passenger side rear tire nearly flat.😬aired it up and took it to Burnett auto on quivera and college- and they fixed the tire, balanced it! Had a great experience with Burnett. They performed an evaluation of front suspension and provided detailed estimate of the issues we noticed, worked with me to get a cost effective solution, and had everything fixed in one day! Great service at reasonable price.

They have never tried to up sale me something that I didn’t need. As the daughter of an auto mechanic, I know cars because I used to do my own fixes. Their prices won’t break the bank compared to a dealership. I trust them every time.
