Keegan was responsive, honest, and thorough. They did a great job on our 2009 Toyota Camry.
They fixed our brakes and did an oil change all for a fair price and got us in fast. They completed the job in a timely manner and gave us a warranty for their work. Definitely recommend!
I just moved to the area and my extended family here typically has my uncle do all of our auto work, but when this issue stumped him, this is the only shop my family recommended. The service was quick, professional, and honest. I would go again next time
Burnett has been servicing all of our cars for years. They get the job done when promised and keep the line of communication open so you know your options and costs. We trust them.
I had my oil changed on my truck and it was a smooth process. As usual I made an appointment and they did the work on my vehicle. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and was done well.

I've been getting my cars worked on at Burnett Automotive for at least the last 7 years. Their prices are reasonable, we've never had any issues with any repairs or tires bought there, they're always on time, they explain things well & they're very easy to work with.
Super awesome guys out there at Burnett, always professional, always fast and won't hassle you about stuff you don't need. Their definitely in it to keep you on the road rather than digging in your wallet.

Such a great experience, so much better than at the dealership. I was impressed they didn’t try to upsell me during my oil chnge. A tire store told me recently I needed to get new tires right away, but Burnett said I still had some wear left. Guess where I’ll be going later this year for new tires. 🙂

Right on time with my appointment. Keegan, as always was thorough. He suggested rotating my tires, which i had forgot to ask him to do. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I've been taking both of my cars there, routinely for years, because the service is so reliable.

On 11/28/2025, I ask Nathan Quaintance, for a regular oil change. What I got was a $82.19 synthetic oil change. Nathan, is a deceitful and dishonest service advisor. If that’s what he does for a regular oil change. What do you think happens when you ask for Brakes, Suspension or Power train service? BUYER BEWARE!!!…
