Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, professional communication, and thorough cleanup after tree removal and trimming services. Many reviewers highlight the fair pricing and the crew's ability to complete work quickly while protecting surrounding landscaping. However, low-star reviews indicate a recurring pattern of missed appointments, repeated rescheduling, and a lack of follow-up communication from the business.

We were seriously considering purchasing a property and met with Mr. Collins to provide an estimate for tree work. He took the time to walk the entire acre with me, explaining what should be removed, what should be kept, what only needed trimming, and the reasoning behind each recommendation. I appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to educate rather than simply sell services. His estimate was extremely reasonable, especially considering how overgrown and neglected the property had become. I genuinely felt he could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead he provided fair, practical recommendations and pricing. We ultimately decided not to purchase the property after discovering water leaks in the home, but I still wanted to leave a review because my experience with Mr. Collins was so positive. I would not hesitate to contact him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable tree advice.
Absolutely recommend Busy Beaver Tree Care! They took the time to safely get up to him and bring him back down. They didn’t have to help us, especially for free, but they did anyway. That says a lot about the kind of people behind this company. Extremely grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. If I ever need tree work in the future, they’ll be the first company I call. Thank you again!
You're welcome
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Busy Beaver Tree Care Service for rescuing my cat, Khloe. After hours of calling everywhere and feeling like I was running out of options, they were truly my last hope. They showed up with kindness, didn’t charge me anything, and brought her down safely in less than five minutes. I’m so grateful for their compassion and quick help. Thanks to them, my Khloe is back home and safe. Their generosity and willingness to help meant the world to me. Thank you for saving her and now she is home where she belongs.
I'm glad we were able to get your cat back for you.
