AC went out on one of the hottest days of summer. By the end of the day it was up and running again. That is service you can’t beat.
Braxton was a great technician. Super courteous and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough explanation of the capacitor’s critical role in the proper functioning of the AC unit. I’ve had great experiences with all of Busy Bee’s technicians.
I called around 9:30pm and Zach W. was here by 11ish, and I can not thank them enough!! He did a full expection on everything and was so kind and explained everything to me in ways I understood as well! Highly recommend them!! I also did not feel pressured or oversold in any extra services!
