Our technician Jimmy was very personable and got the job done. Even asked if we had some other plumbing issues he could look at while he was giving our water heater a flush. One thing was that he did not turn the gas valve back on so we had cold water until my partner figured it out. Will use again, but will remind them to turn the valve back on.
