Daniel did a great job on my bathroom faucet repair. He was very professional and got the job done quickly.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Busy Bee Plumbing charged me an excessive amount for a very simple job that I understood should have been covered under warranty at no additional cost. When I questioned the charge, I was told that if I did not pay, they would clog the pipe again. I found this…
On time, efficient, excellent explanation of diagnosis, work and recommendations … friendly, informative, and fixed the issue quickly!! Highly recommended!!
I called around 9:30pm and Zach W. was here by 11ish, and I can not thank them enough!! He did a full expection on everything and was so kind and explained everything to me in ways I understood as well! Highly recommend them!! I also did not feel pressured or oversold in any extra services!
These guys came through for me in a time crunch, really appreciate the help!

Kevin was on time and fixed the problem saving me lots of money. Kevin was very professional and did a great job resolving the issue. I would recommend him for any job. Thanks again Kevin
We’ve had such a great experience with Busy Bee and truly can’t recommend them enough. We were put in a tough position with a flooded AC unit, a failed compressor, and some faulty lines—but the Busy Bee team stepped in immediately and handled everything with urgency, professionalism, and care. From start to finish,…
Daniel was prompt, professional, and communicative during his service visit. He worked on the most reasonable level of service needed to remedy our issue until it was resolved without resorting to a more expensive solution right off the bat, and explained options for a long term fix and left a quote without being…
Cristian was great and a wonderful representative for your company. He explained everything that had to be done in detail and was prompt and professional. He will be my go to guy for Busy Bee services.

First of all, I’m the type of person that wants to do everything myself. Unfortunately, we had drain backing up issues and I was not available to look at it. Reluctantly, I called Busy Bee Plumbing, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the get go the receptionist was very nice, She got…
Rick was great. He was efficient and solved my issue. He informed me along the way what was happening and the cost upfront. Any time I had to contact dispatch, it was easy. It was easy to reschedule when it was clear that the plumbing still wasn’t working correctly. There was an additional clog that was not…
Richard came very promptly and even on a holiday! He was so nice and fixed all of my plumbing needs and explained everything to me so well. Great company and will definitely be using again!
Very knowledgeable, told me and showed me everything he was doing. Richard was awesome.
Over the top thrilled. All the staff were super friendly and professional. Richard went above and beyond! Now I am recommending to everyone.
From the 1st phone call to the salesman and down to the techs this company is top notch up front with evdrything and did what they said. They treat you like a person and not a number. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Had a gross plumbing mess in a downstairs rental condo in Green Hills on July 3, 2025. It happened from the unit above, just as my tenant had to leave for work. So I spent several hours at the site calling multiple companies, to find a plumber. Everyone I called was booked up until my husband texted me the number to…
We recently used Busy Bee for a plumbing issue. The dispatch team was courteous and communicative, and the technician, Kevin, was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed our issue, explained it clearly and then took care of the repair. We give high marks to Busy Bee and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
I had a follow up to my annual plumbing maintenance and had new cartridges installed in one Master Bath sink. Busy Bee’s fabulous plumbing technician, Jimmy Love, was fabulous today just as he was for my annual maintenance. He installed the cartridges and then did not like the flow rate or the drain rate. He…
Graham was great to deal with. He explained everything prior to doing the work. He was quick and clean as the repair was perfect for the issue needed. I will be using Busy Bee again. Thank You
Office/dispatch was professional and monitored and sent confirmation texts for appt. Zach was personable and professional. Looked at problem and gave 3 probabilities and estimates for each before he started work. Luckily the main problem was least expensive.
Had an issue with air caught in pipes and drain sounds, thought it was plugged up! Busy Bee dispatched out Richard quickly and the issue was addressed! Richard is quick and responsive! Listened to my concerns and addressed everything! Great job Richard!! This is my third time using Busy Bee and they don’t disappoint!
Cody was great! Got us fixed up after hours!
Richard was awesome. Cannot think of anything more he could have done. He was kind, knowledgable, and equipped to do the job well. He explained everything so I understood and answered all of my questions. So glad I got to meet Richard. Very pleased with the work he did.
I had a kitchen sink that stopped draining. Set up with Busy Bee for the next day. I received a 45 minute prior courtesy call that the technician would arrive. Richard Witvoet was absolutely exceptional! It was a bad blockage that had Richard under the house to access clean-outs in the hot crawlspace. He wouldn't…
