Brycen was super friendly and took excellent care of my issue very quickly! I hated to drag anyone out in the middle of the night for something so minor but detrimental to the function of my home, but he was completely unbothered amd knocked it out in no time!
Jonathan and the team at Busy Bee Plumbing were absolutely amazing. I called them on a Saturday afternoon/evening and they were able to come the next morning (on a SUNDAY!) before 9am. Jonathan was kind, friendly, and did an amazing job repairing the plumbing under our kitchen sink. These folks are our new go-to for any plumbing needs.

Had Chris Phillips out from Busy Bee to assess a hot water heater that stopped working. He was quick, reliable, and fixed the issue along with some DIY plumbing from the previous owner. Followed up with me during and after, which I appreciated. Will definitely call them back for future needs!

Busy bee is first class through and through - had their HVAC team out for a vent cleaning where they identified a potential plumbing issue. Shayne made a same day service call for a broken outside water hose faucet. He kept me informed as he assessed my situation, explaining exactly what my options were. Very nice and professional young man.
Busy Bee showed up before we expected him and the work was done excellently and with a very friendly and helpful attitude. The price was also better than expected we will definitely use them again. Jonathan our service tech went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
