I thought the chargers were a bit high for a simple washer replacement and a hose repair. Also, the toilet problem was misdiagnosed, the second Plumber sorted that out.

We had some intense flooding from most drains in the house. Collin arrived quickly and got us back to normal. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. He was respectful of property and the inhabitants of the home and did not leave a mess despite the intensity of the problem he was addressing. Recommended highly!

I had a list of 10 things that needed to be fixed or installed. They gave me a quote over the phone which I thought was very reasonable. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Came to me if he ran into an issue, which we resolved to my satisfacation. I was more than pleased with the work performed by Butts Plumbing!

Our toilet was rocking and we needed a new flange to hold the toilet in place, in addition, to a new toilet. The concrete was not solid enough to hold the flange and Colin had to come back and pour concrete, wait 48 hours for the concrete to set and install the toilet. The water shut off to the toilet wasn't working…
