Customers praise BW Tree Company for professional tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding services, highlighting punctual arrival, clear communication, and fair pricing. Reviewers frequently note that crews leave properties clean and debris-free after completing jobs. However, two one-star reviews criticize a truck driver for unsafe road behavior, while another complaint states the listed phone number connects to a third-party answering service rather than the business directly.

I encountered one of this company’s trucks near Parkland today. The driver entered the main road from a side road without stopping and pulled directly into moving traffic, creating a very dangerous situation for multiple vehicles. The driving continued to be aggressive and unsafe afterward.
When you’re driving a large commercial truck with your company’s name and phone number displayed on it, road safety should be taken seriously. Very disappointing and concerning experience.

Batuhan, I take any concerns regarding the safety of my vehicles and drivers very seriously. I acknowledge that the vehicle pictured in your review is one of my BW Tree Company trucks; however, the description of the incident in your review does not match what I or my drivers observed that day.
I am the owner of BW Tree Company, and I was personally driving one of the two company trucks traveling together in the Parkland area that day. Both of our trucks were traveling one behind the other to/from the same job site. As soon as you posted your review, I immediately spoke with the other driver & passenger who were with me and asked them about the incident you described. Neither of them recalled or witnessed any of our trucks entering the main road from a side road without stopping or pulling directly into moving traffic. I was also present and driving with them, and I did not witness this occur.
Safety is extremely important to me. I take it seriously not only while my crew and I are performing tree work, but also when we are operating our commercial vehicles on the road. Some of our trucks carry heavy equipment and loads, and I make sure my drivers understand the importance of driving carefully, responsibly, and at safe speeds.
I also have my company telephone numbers displayed in large lettering on my vehicles for a reason. If you felt that one of my drivers created an immediate safety concern, I would have welcomed a phone call so that I could address the situation directly and immediately. My contact information is clearly visible on the truck and even in the photograph you included with your review.
If you have additional information regarding what you described, including the approximate time, exact location, or any video showing the incident, I encourage you to contact me directly at (954) 721-7733. I am more than willing to review any additional information you have.
I take legitimate safety concerns seriously, but I also believe it is important that public statements made about my company and my employees accurately reflect what occurred.

My mom, Melanie & I had a fantastic experience with BW Tree Company. Otis, the owner, was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He came out personally to provide an estimate, took the time to walk through all of our needs, and made sure everything was clearly explained.
We had three large oak trees along with several other trees on the property that needed attention, and his team handled everything efficiently and professionally. They were not only skilled but also very friendly, and they did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving — which made a huge difference.
The pricing was very fair, and we were impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule and complete the job within just a few days.
I would highly recommend BW Tree Company to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area looking for reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced tree trimming services. Thanks again, Otis!

We had a very good experience with these guys. They gave us an estimate from the pictures we sent. I called them early in the morning and they came to trim the trees in a couple of hours. Fast, reliable, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend
