Routine fall furnace check revealed a cracked heat exchanger in our 13 year old equipment. Dzemil explained options and did a thorough analysis of our home to develop recommendations for new equipment. Dennis and team arrived as scheduled and did a great job of installing new equipment. The heating & cooling tech was professional and courteous he was mindful of the household and wore the appropriate shoe protection to protect the wooden floors. He gave me tips for future proofing my system due to the current seasonal changes that Michigan experiences.
Love Doug. Always a pleasure to see him. He’s the only reason I’m staying with C&C. Now it’s A.I. You don’t speak to a real person and when you do, they tell you your appt is between noon and 6pm. You’re held hostage at your home for 6hrs. It was bad enough when it was 4hrs. They’ve lost their small businesses feel. If Doug ever goes, so will I.

A/C wasn't blowing cold. Since we were due our regular check up we booked our A/C maintenance which revealed a blown fuse and a bad capacitor. All bad parts replaced and condenser was cleaned/hosed off dirty cooling fins. Excellent service by technician!

C&C installed my new A/C in 2017 and I purchased a yearly checkup at the same time. After the checkup, they follow up with readings of everything and pictures & explanation of exactly what was done. Nick has performed my checkup for the last 2 years, and he is the best - very thorough and friendly!
