Routine fall furnace check revealed a cracked heat exchanger in our 13 year old equipment. Dzemil explained options and did a thorough analysis of our home to develop recommendations for new equipment. Dennis and team arrived as scheduled and did a great job of installing new equipment. We are very happy with results - thanks all!
The heating & cooling tech was professional and courteous he was mindful of the household and wore the appropriate shoe protection to protect the wooden floors. He gave me tips for future proofing my system due to the current seasonal changes that Michigan experiences.
Love Doug. Always a pleasure to see him. He’s the only reason I’m staying with C&C. Now it’s A.I. You don’t speak to a real person and when you do, they tell you your appt is between noon and 6pm. You’re held hostage at your home for 6hrs. It was bad enough when it was 4hrs. They’ve lost their small businesses feel. If Doug ever goes, so will I.

Mike L. was professional, and knowledgeable. He gave some great options, and took the time to explain and answer questions. Our visit was for a/c and furnace checkup, so I can't speak to replacement estimates, etc. Mike is coming back to do a few preventive installs soon.

Since this is my second service call I’ll leave the feedback for today’s visit above the previous call. Tyler was fantastic and quickly diagnosed the issue causing the complete shut down of our AC unit. Tyler our service agent who came out to inspect and take care of my air conditioning was wonderful was kind helpful explained things about the air conditioner I didn't know can't wait to have him come back in the fall for my furnace.

Kyle called with a notice he was on his way and that was helpful. He took pictures of what he did with the AC unit and showed us the pollen buildup on our coils.That is the first time a technician did that. It helps when technicians are in your home and they're friendly and professional.

Knowledge and politeness, Tyler explained everything before starting work.
Technician advised he was enroute. Arrived as originally scheduled. Protected his footwear when walking into and through the house. Explained the process and answered all the questions that I had. Forwarded all paperwork to my email when the job was completed.
