Since this is my second service call I’ll leave the feedback for today’s visit above the previous call. (Post from 2025) A/C was not cooling the house one day. Called C&C the next morning and a tech was at my door in about an hour. Brian was his name. He checked every part of the system. He explained the problem in detail in terms anyone could understand and had it fixed within a half hour. I'm sure every fix will not…
Dzemil came out after my AC had stopped working. Gave me an accurate assessment and had my system back up and running properly in no time. Nice automated systems for recording details. Will do business with again.
Technician Siraj did an outstanding job on a warranty service call. Sudden failure by a new a/c compressor, after less than two months of service, was diagnosed by him as a "fuse failure". Siraj was careful to analyze possible causes of underlying problems which would "blow" a fuse. Only when he had eliminated…
Nick was great at working on the issue and explaining the damage to our unit from the storm. Had to order parts and returning tomorrow to complete repairs.
The AC outside unit needed the fan motor replaced, Salwan thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and my options. He took the time to make sure everything was cleaned before he left . Great job
I recently had C&C Heating & Air Conditioning perform a full system replacement for my less than 1,000 sq. ft. home, and they did an amazing job. I opted for a Carrier Comfort Series setup, specifically the 26SCA4 (1.5 Ton, 14 SEER) Air Conditioner and the 58SB0 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Even though these are…

Called 3 other companies before calling C & C Heating and Cooling. Two of the three companies did not return our call. The 3rd company was not available until later the next day. We called C&C after seeing many good reviews online. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience.
