Finally did a tune up on our furnace, winter’s coming and we wanted it to be in top notch shape. Highly recommend C&C, always top notch. Best around.
REPAIRMAN DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE THEN CHECKED THE ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RUNNING WELL.
Always do and excellent job and I was especially happy to see a young lady in the trade job.
Noah was excellent. Extremely professional and quick! He made the repair and was honest in informing me of my options and thoroughly explained the necessary steps going forward (I was not surprised that I would need future repairs or a new unit). Thank so much, Noah!
Since this is my second service call I’ll leave the feedback for today’s visit above the previous call. Tyler was fantastic and quickly diagnosed the issue causing the complete shut down of our AC unit. He not only resolved the reason for the shut down, he found some other loose items and made sure that everything…
I am extremely pleased with the service from C&C Heating and Air Conditioning. Knowledge and politeness, Tyler explained everything before starting work.
Nick waa fantastic! He arrived when he said he would, he was professional, he communicated during the entire process so I understand what the issue was and how much the repair was going to cost. I felt comfortable and confident with him and would recommend C&C as a result of his service.
Kevin was great! AC is working perfectly now!
CNC Heating & Cooling made the whole process simple and stress-free. Since my daughter was at the house, everything was handled virtually, and communication was excellent. During the service, they found a part that needed immediate replacement and had it on hand, so it was fixed right away. Payment was easy since my…
As always my experience with this company was fantastic. Once something goes wrong they are here within a day or two and they are thorough in their repair. Barry was great and went above and beyond in explaining everything

My AC Unit was damaged by a power surge, I called a friend for a recommendation for a company, she told me to call C & C, she told me that she completely trusted them, so I made a appointment I was texted by the company with the technician name before he arrived showed up on time introduced himself, he got the…
Great service. Tyler was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. And he liked my cats. 😊
Wonderful experience! David R., and Sakwan are very knowledgeable and honest. They both are able to answer all questions asked of him from a mechanical engineer with a minor in environmental engineering. Besides answering questions their work ethic is wonderful. Tyler with C&C was awesome! He was quick but thorough, and was able to explain everything in an informative but attainable way. Absolutely recommend!
A/C wasn't blowing cold. Since we were due our regular check up we booked our A/C maintenance which revealed a blown fuse and a bad capacitor. All bad parts replaced and condenser was cleaned/hosed off dirty cooling fins. Excellent service by technician!
Brain was excellent . He was very professional ,
I had an outstanding experience with C&C, and I can't recommend them enough! My A/C was underperforming, and Tyler H came out to diagnose the issue. We lost our AC on the hottest day of the year. A C&C fantastic service tech came out the same day as our call for help and worked until late at night to get our air back on without charging us for unnecessary parts or labor as the unit was old and really needed replacing. Upon deciding to replace our unit, a…

Noah arrived in a timely fashion, and we were notified in advance with no delays. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and solved the problem. He didn't look for more problems and upsell (like most companies) and was very honest. It was easy to schedule a service appt and you speak to a human being instead of…
Quick honest and thorough. My technician was on time and was able to do a complete diagnostic on my system, and once he found out that the broken part was still under warranty he let me know that and his diagnostic write up may getting the warranty work complete completed super easy
(Post from 2025) A/C was not cooling the house one day. Called C&C the next morning and a tech was at my door in about an hour. Brian was his name. He checked every part of the system. He explained the problem in detail in terms anyone could understand and had it fixed within a half hour. I'm sure every fix will not…
Dzemil came out after my AC had stopped working. Gave me an accurate assessment and had my system back up and running properly in no time. Nice automated systems for recording details. Will do business with again.
Technician Siraj did an outstanding job on a warranty service call. Sudden failure by a new a/c compressor, after less than two months of service, was diagnosed by him as a "fuse failure". Siraj was careful to analyze possible causes of underlying problems which would "blow" a fuse. Only when he had eliminated…
Nick was great at working on the issue and explaining the damage to our unit from the storm. Had to order parts and returning tomorrow to complete repairs.
The AC outside unit needed the fan motor replaced, Salwan thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and my options. He took the time to make sure everything was cleaned before he left . Great job
I recently had C&C Heating & Air Conditioning perform a full system replacement for my less than 1,000 sq. ft. home, and they did an amazing job. I opted for a Carrier Comfort Series setup, specifically the 26SCA4 (1.5 Ton, 14 SEER) Air Conditioner and the 58SB0 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Even though these are…

Excellent and friendly service, very fast response and Kevin did a great job explaining details and servicing my A/C fan condenser motor.
My first service call, Kevin came out because my heat wouldn't turn on (this was after Consumer Energy replaced my meter outside) To my embarrassment- the switch was off. As long as Kev was there, he did some maintenance. My 2nd visit (in less than 1 months was because my AC did not go on. Fan moving outside on…
We had you install our new A/C unit last October, but never used it until last Sunday when it started to really warm up. It never actually cooled, so we turned it off after an hour or so. I called you, and after several dead ends, Lisa got Kevin to come here around noon. After inspection, he determined that not only…

When my central air went out I called C&C for service and the service tech clearly explained that my aged unit may not be worth repairing. Having an older furnace, I feel C&C has my back. Update 4/20/26 - furnace went out over the weekend and we had cold snap, below freezing. Called Monday morning and Noah came out that afternoon. I’d give him 7/5 stars if I could. The blown low voltage fuse was easy to find, but the cause up that fuse blowing,…

Outstanding company. They provide appointment reminders, when the serviceman is on the way, time of arrival, and even a picture of the serviceman with his picture and a short bio. Our air conditioning unit outside the house was not even three years old, and Kevin was able to find the problem (electrical) and fix it quickly, all under warranty.
