I've been using C&C for heating/cooling maintenance and repair for three years and am very pleased with the service and their punctuality and thoroughness. Today, their technician Kayla was here to make sure the air conditioner and furnace fan are ready for summer. On time and very thorough. First class all the way, she was very helpful and informative.
Called the company and the technician was out the next day. Very professional and reasonably priced in today's market. The technician (Tyler I believe?) Was very thorough and just a stand up guy and took very good care of us. We originally selected this company from all of the great reviews they had, and they were right! My new go too for HVAC needs.
on time, friendly and informative.
Kayla is the best, she completed everything expertly and quickly and was super kind and respectful to boot. We will be requesting her for all future appointments!

Kyle, did a great job. He had to reprogram the thermostat since it did not recognize the air conditioner and also said I had a boiler. He took his time and got everthing working.
Because our 65 year old duct system had a few issues, we were unable to use C & C to clean. However, Anthony was great at explaining the problem, and did suggest a company that specializes in helping systems that are a little unusual. I wouldn't hesitate using C&C in the future.
Noah did a great job with my annual air conditioning maintenance. Very pleased with the service
Tyler diagnosed my ductwork noise as a result of my filter being a higher MERV rating, 13, versus the 8 MERV I had been using. I now only use a MERV 8 filter on my system. Tyler was on time and out quickly.
Kelly performed maintenance on my AC and did a very good job. She was very professional and prompt. Both she and the company would receive 5 out of 5 stars.

C & C Heating and Cooling are the BEST! Mike was here doing the annual Furnace check and was very personable and informed me about everything he did. C&C even had the curtesy to call me and offer an appointment a month earlier than scheduled, because of another cancelation.

Chris was great. With that said though, my experience with C+C was a bit lack luster. I made my appointment on December 1st for January 12th at 11:00 a.m. I get it, there's a waiting list. My appointment was, in text, for 11:00 a.m., I called them at 11:15 only to be told that my appointment was changed to a window…
