Tech diagnosed the issue as a bad breaker at the panel after exhausting all other potential issues. Last thing either of us expected, but an easy repair, good honest work, also glad to know the rest of my unit is in good working order.

Great service at the time, technician made me put a Gmail reminder to call them a year from then for some kind of follow up inspection check or changeing something. C&C knows nothing about that so a big time waster after a year. Maybe if you’re going to do that put it in the customer file. Don’t promise something you don’t do.

I realized our heat wasn't working about 11am, called C&C around 11:30 and the tech, Michael ,was at our house by 12:30. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 2:00! Incredibly fast and reasonable service, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any heating issue or service.
