Great experience with C&C Heating & Air Conditioning. The team was professional and did a great job installing our new furnace. Very happy with their service!
C & C installed my system years ago and I’m a service club measure. I couldn’t be happier. They come out twice a year to check both the a/c and heat. Their service techs are great. Polite, friendly and most importantly highly skilled. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about them.
C&C was awesome. From inspection to estimates, scheduling and the quick install (next day!!). Everything went perfect. All the staff I met on site and over the phone were perfectly friendly. And, the price was great as well.
They were able to schedule a visit in 1 day, they came to get me an appointment an estimate for a new furnace, explained what I need and got me an amazing discount that was a dealbreaker for me. Donald was very friendly and made sure I got all the info I needed. They will be coming back in a couple days to install…
Even though it’s always disheartening having to purchase a new HVAC shortly after moving in, C&C made the process smooth. I know they were honest and had reasonable pricing. We will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs!
Thorough, efficient, professional, and clean. All details are fully relayed before the job starts, they show up on time always, and the job site is always left clean. Just plan on spending some extra time during quoting because no detail is left out. Second job with them and will always call C&C with any HVAC needs.
Tyler the technician was great to deal with ...informative and good guy. Brian H came out next day and showed me many options for a new furnace and AC unit ....i was very impressed with his no pressure attitude and just a genuine guy.....
Jake and the team were responsive and on time, professional and thoughtful. It was a very good experience end-to-end.
Michael was very thorough and courteous
I was extremely pleased, as well as impressed, with Dzemil, the service technician who worked on servicing not only my AC unit, but went above and beyond to take care of some minor issues involving my new AC unit, my humidifier and the pump. He was very personable, went over every detail with me, and I found him to…
I cannot say enough wonderful things about C&C Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially about Dave, who took the time to walk me through every step of replacing my HVAC system after 37 years. Making these kinds of decisions on my own over the past four years has been difficult. When you’re faced with a major home…
Always do and excellent job and I was especially happy to see a young lady in the trade job.
Sent someone out the same day. Responsive. Friendly techs. No hard sell for A/C when all I wanted was a furnace.
Outstanding level of service from quote to installation. Very happy we chose C&C. Professionalism at every step. Great experience.
David is very professional and respectful, when he came to my front door he put on boot covers upon entering my home I’m impressed the quote was great and the product is as well thank you.
David (salesman) really knows his stuff. Sized the new system, and got us a great deal! Eric, Grant, and Chris (installers) left a short time ago...did a great job with the install. New equipment looks great, and even though its only been running a short time, it's quite comfortable in our home. And to top it off,…
David from C&C was a great salesman to come give a quote on the various projects I wanted done. The project manager also came over to help explain some logistics within the project as well. Very professional, honest, and easy to communicate with.
A lot of the service has been very good! However I just had a total furnace/air and home humidifier done and was told what I chose would be very quiet! It is super loud and not what I expected for what I paid! Hoping to change this review once I talk to them.
We had multiple quotes to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system. While we had expected to go with a different company, we selected C&C. This was due to several factors: the C&C rep, Don, was very specific on what they were going to replace with our HVAC system (the company we had expected to go with made comments…
Brian is a very nice person. He came on time and answered all the questions that we asked. He helped us to make the right decision and plan that will be better for us. He really had knowledge about the product/s of the company that he is representing. He is courteous, approachable and smart. He also gave us some…
Great people, excellent work!
Great installation and service
KAYLA WAS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!
Showed up early and did a great job. Very polite and answered my questions.
From service tech (Trevor), to salesman (Brian) and finally Dennis and his team who installed my new HVAC system, they were all Awesome!
All I can say is I did A LOT of research before picking out system and brand. I also heard very good reports on C&C. I am a stickler for quality. I can not say enough about how GREAT a job C&C provided. They went above and beyond to complete job. We ran into other install issues but not C&C issues and they corrected…
Got high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in fall 2025. Top notch installation quality. I got the Ruud systems because of prior history of the reliability. Furnace got thru this tough Michigan winter with no problems. Just now trying out the air conditioner and have never had an ac this quiet.…
They did a great job! From explaining what system they recommend, to communication, to installation. Highly recommend this company.
Work by Eric and his team were professional quick and efficient. I had a new AC unit and furnace installed. AC init gave up the ghost and died last week. New AC and furnace were installed in less than 8 hours. Had a comfortable evening last night with the new air. I no longer have to worry about my AC or…
Wonderful experience! David R., and Sakwan are very knowledgeable and honest. They both are able to answer all questions asked of him from a mechanical engineer with a minor in environmental engineering. Besides answering questions their work ethic is wonderful. Care for our home was taken and the work done on the…
The technician Tyler came out today to see why my A/C was not working. He allowed for me to watch him work. We talked the whole time. He was diagnosing the problem until it came apparent that the whole AC unit had to be removed from its closet and needed another technician to be able to do it. Tyler is very…
We are super happy customers for more than two years now! Everyone we’ve worked with during that time has been excellent and they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!
Always satisfied with c&c been with them for many years.
I recently had C&C Heating & Air Conditioning perform a full system replacement for my less than 1,000 sq. ft. home, and they did an amazing job. I opted for a Carrier Comfort Series setup, specifically the 26SCA4 (1.5 Ton, 14 SEER) Air Conditioner and the 58SB0 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Even though these are…
very prompt, very polite, not pushy and professional.
Dzemil was very professional & thoroughly explained everything that would be included with my total system. The installation crew was on time & did a fantastic job. My old system was quiet or so I thought. I can't believe how quiet my new system is.. The best thing is my home seems warmer & I haven't noticed any…
The Antonio were great! He got my AC running pretty quickly. It was 12:30AM. I showed him an issue with my reservoir that I told him could wait for another day. Without hesitating he went and got his tools he did some troubleshooting and fix an overflow issue that I was having! It was 1am before he left. He can come back anytime!
Responsive on time and very professioal. Take time to show you whats wrong and give you options. Staff so pleasant to work with. Truly caring and understanding.
Don was really thorough and explained all options clearly. Great job
Nick came out to give an estimate and within minutes it felt like I had known him for years. He treated me like I am family and it was immediately apparent that he loves what he is doing and cares about the satisfaction of their customers. He worked with me on the cost and had great options when it came to…
Marcus and Randy came to clean my air ducts...they took pictures and were honest ...said it really wasnt necessary yet...they were the same guys who cleaned my dryer ducts last spring...good guys..
Semi annual maintenance on 3 year old system. Everything in good order, recommended filter change.
My first service call, Kevin came out because my heat wouldn't turn on (this was after Consumer Energy replaced my meter outside) To my embarrassment- the switch was off. As long as Kev was there, he did some maintenance. My 2nd visit (in less than 1 months was because my AC did not go on. Fan moving outside on…
Nick did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable about trouble shooting the problems and quickly repaired the problem. He explained everything he was doing. As a senior at 72 I appreciated his professionalism he dipl
Our technician did a wonderful and very thorough job inspecting our furnace to get it ready for winter. We would highly recommend this company!
June 8 2026 As I've said repeatedly, Sal is the best tech person and; exceptionally knowledgeable. I only hope his employer realizes how valuable he is and how extremely fortunate C&C is to have Sal as an employee. I trust nobody else with any decisions related to A/C and heating, but Sal. June 4 Sal is an expert…
I have called on C&C for years. I won’t call anyone else. Very professional and responsive.
Sam was extremely thorough and did a great job!
Salwan did a great and excellent job, very accommodating, answers all my questions anytime , he answers my calls even after work hours, treats me/ client as if he had known me for a long time. I would definitely recommend him nd C&C to all my relatives and friends.
A/C went out on Monday. Decision was made on Tuesday that replacement was the best option due to its age. New furnace and A/C was installed on Wednesday. Entire process was very easy, sales team and installation team were awesome.
Helpful, professional, worked with me
Dave was friendly, informative , and very professional. C&C and their representatives give you confidence that you are getting the most for your money. They will be my permanent heating and cooling go to people.
Excellent experience all around! Siraj was professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had - he even went as far as teaching me as well. Highly recommend!
Always excellent & professional service for 6 years since installation of new system
Very professional service provider, pleasant and helpful. Very personable and provide all the options.
They started at 8am and were finished by 5pm installing a new furnace and AC unit - we didn’t realize how loud the old ones were, until we noticed we can’t hear the new ones running at all which helps us sleep better at night.
C & C has serviced our existing unit at a previous house for about 10 years. When we recently purchased a new home we had them come and inspect the water heater, furnace, and AC unit. C and C was very thorough and spent several hours performing the inspection. We ended up replacing all three units after discussing…
The team sent to install my unit was very professional, and removed all debris.I recommend C&C heating!!!!
They are going to replace my furnace and air conditioning system and I am very happy overall.
I've been a customer for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the work that is performed. The girls that answer the calls and the technicians that come out are very professional.
