Kyle is very knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He explained what I need to do when the seasons change and was thorough in the maintenance process, was not rushing through it. I presume the cost was more than reasonable, and I was pleased. I have no knowledge of the going rates.
Greg & Jake worked as a team and replaced the hot water heater in a couple of hours. I watched them check to make sure the water and gas lines were vertical. They made sure the area was clean when they left. They instructed us in the operation of the unit before they left and made sure the water line was clear of air.

C&C had installed our furnace and AC units a few yrs ago and since then we have them inspect bi-annually. good service tech and friendly. Our units never failed us yet and all in great working condition with very minor repairs after 15 yrs.

David G. did a great job repairing my air conditioning. He was very accommodating to my schedule and fixed the problem quickly. So far, we have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They installed a furnace two years ago and have been maintaining it since.
I was happy with the quick response. The technician was knowledgeable, took care of the problem in a timely, effecient manner, cleaned up the area that he worked in.
