Kyle is very knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He explained what I need to do when the seasons change and was thorough in the maintenance process, was not rushing through it. I presume the cost was more than reasonable, and I was pleased. I have no knowledge of the going rates.
Greg & Jake worked as a team and replaced the hot water heater in a couple of hours. I watched them check to make sure the water and gas lines were vertical. They made sure the area was clean when they left. They instructed us in the operation of the unit before they left and made sure the water line was clear of air.
Another great job from C&C. Kayla did a wonderful job.

Nick came out for a “no heat” call and quickly had the furnace up and running. Could only guess the reason for water accumulation in collection box. Recommended that I keep annual inspection scheduled for Oct 15.
