Kyle is very knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He explained what I need to do when the seasons change and was thorough in the maintenance process, was not rushing through it. I presume the cost was more than reasonable, and I was pleased. I have no knowledge of the going rates.
Greg & Jake worked as a team and replaced the hot water heater in a couple of hours. I watched them check to make sure the water and gas lines were vertical. They made sure the area was clean when they left. They instructed us in the operation of the unit before they left and made sure the water line was clear of air.
Another great job from C&C. Kayla did a wonderful job.
Tyler did our furnace tune-up today & did a great job. Very pleased with his thorough review.
Good and on time
Tyler S. serviced my furnance this morning & I am very pleased with the service & customer service he provided.
Service rep was very professional and pleasant.
Mike L was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Even though the job required two visits to repair my furnace issue and install a new humidifier, Mike got things done and even made an alteration to the humidifier ductwork for better delivery of humidity to my home. Thank you, Mike…job well done!
Good to see our tech again. Been with us for two homes. Great guy Quick fix to our A/C 👍 Just finished winter tuneup. Great to go
Nick came out for a “no heat” call and quickly had the furnace up and running. Could only guess the reason for water accumulation in collection box. Recommended that I keep annual inspection scheduled for Oct 15.
Tony is the best service technician. We always request Tony because he is efficient, professional and friendly.
Service tech was very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough.
Great service and very professional. David did an excellent job describing the maintenance service and identifying parts that were under performing.

Originally had them come out to tune our furnance up for the winter. Jonathan B came with another guy and tuned us up. We turned the furnance on for the first time to take the chill out and the heat would not kick on. Cale’s the after hours service and Kevin came and check it out. Turned out a hose was twist. Easy…

Amazing technician, Kayla, did a furnace maintenance with no issues. Always good to know a company doesn't "add" a lot of extras that may or may not be needed. I trust C&C.
All services where performed very well.

We had you install our new A/C unit last October, but never used it until last Sunday when it started to really warm up. It never actually cooled, so we turned it off after an hour or so. I called you, and after several dead ends, Lisa got Kevin to come here around noon. After inspection, he determined that not only…

June 8 2026 As I've said repeatedly, Sal is the best tech person and; exceptionally knowledgeable. I only hope his employer realizes how valuable he is and how extremely fortunate C&C is to have Sal as an employee. I trust nobody else with any decisions related to A/C and heating, but Sal. June 4 Sal is an expert…
Had C&C come to my home for routine maintenance on our two Heating/AC units (as we do every year). Michael the tech arrived on time and quietly went about with his work in a complete and professional manner as always. Would recommend C&C for all your heating and cooling needs.
Sam was knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. He answered my questions and explained everything. I skipped a few annual maintenance checks, so he was very thorough. Having an older furnace, I feel C&C has my back. Update 4/20/26 - furnace went out over the weekend and we had cold snap, below freezing. Called Monday morning and Noah came out that afternoon. I’d give him 7/5 stars if I could. The blown low voltage fuse was easy to find, but the cause up that fuse blowing,…
