Having an older furnace, I feel C&C has my back. Update 4/20/26 - furnace went out over the weekend and we had cold snap, below freezing. Called Monday morning and Noah came out that afternoon. C&C installed a new furnace/AC/water heater a few years ago, they made everything easy including the permits & rebates. Installation looked great & everything worked flawlessly. Great Customer Service, would recommend them for your Heating and AC needs.
Well my furnace at least worked before C&C service tech showed up. It would trigger the high limit switch after awhile but it kept my place around 68 degrees. Been like that for awhile. I used this company last year to install an AC unit and that went great. Was quoted a competitive price and everything was installed on-time and professionally. Unfortunately, I used this same company when I was having problems with my furnace. I was having issues with my furnace overheating and shutting down.…
Failed to advise there was a $100 service cost. Plus they charged $75 for a 2 minute cleaning of a sensor. Seemed like abusive pricing given that it was 9 degrees outside. When I complained they displayed a poor attitude. My technician Desmond was terrific however!
Kevin was great. Explained everything so I could understand what steps he was taking. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.
Sam was a wonderful serviceman. He was able to diagnose and solve my problem I’m minutes and taught me how to fix the issue myself if it happened again. Very grateful to him.
Furnace went out right before Snowpacalypse 2022. Had me back up in hours during the blizzard.
Thanks Trevor for an excellent job of accessing the Furnace and the recommendation for future maintenance keep up the good work.
Tony was very courteous and diligent in determining the cause of an intermittent failure for my Furnace from coming on. He took the time to explain his diagnostic steps, and he was able to correct the problem. First Rate!
Excellent job, explained things well, reasonable price.
They repaired it yesterday, but had to come back because he forgot to light the pilot light. It was a cold night. Good thing it didn't go below zero!
Planned arrival to bring minor electrical issue up to code. Nate noticed that there appeared to be a manufacturers defect in the motor when the furnace first turns on. Had the motor replaced within an hour! I love going with c & c, they are great!
Thank you for your help, in getting my heat back on. Dave was very professional and checked and cleaned up my furnace.
Tony was very nice and professional and found the issue after thoroughly checking the system
We've used C&C for years and they have always been courteous, professional, and very reasonable on pricing. David recently did our heating inspection and was very thorough and explained all of our options very clearly.
So I had an appointment which was set for today Monday 1/3/22 from 5:00 to 7:00. The tech called me at 7:20 to say he would be about 20 min. How about starting off on a good note with being on time. At least a call before your late as a heads up maybe. Very Basic...... I told him to skip us. Many other good heating…
Always impressed with the skill, knowledge, and friendliness of the C&C staff and techs.
Dzemil was very knowledgeable and professional. Great job!
I have had C and C heating and cooling for years. Won't go anywhere else. They are like family. Customer service is awesome!
We’ve been using C&C for nearly two years and they are fantastic! We always have the same tech, Dave, and he’s great! He remembers us and our HVAC system. He’s honest and easy to understand and follows up after the fact. C&C staff are all so polite and helpful, and we always get service quickly. We are so happy with C&C!
Trevor was my tech. He was a great guy! He did his work with no problem finding the problem. He was fast in doing so. He worked steadily and I had heat again. I enjoyed his visit. I would recommend him to anyone and I will request him for my summer A/C check. He answered all my questions I had for him.
Another great job! We woke up to no heat, and they were out the same day in the early afternoon. Dave had the part on the truck and quickly made the repair. Thanks so much Dave!!!
Dave was concerned about the problem, diagnosed and fixed our furnace very quickly. Very professional and honest. Thank you Dave
Had to have C&C back out as when I turned on the BRAND NEW furnace (installed end of Aug 2021) the unit was only blowing cold air. I had it running for 3 whole days before realizing it could not elevate a degree. My home is heated by fireplaces too so I wasn't easily able to notice. My issue is ...WHY would it be…
Always professional and they get the job done.
Great customer service. Very polite and professional.
No complaints, just excellent service.
Very outstanding with his work thumbs up

Sal Tom’s was my service tech and was on time, courteous to our property, very knowledgeable and a people person. He diagnosed the issue with our furnace, explained everything to me as he went along, and offered several options to remedy our problems.
I called around 11am because I had been without heat for 3 days. I was told the technician would be here between 2 and 6. I was called around 430 saying the technician would be there around 5. Dzemil pronounced Jimell arrived around 5. I met him before on a service call a few weeks prior when he cleaned and…

Zack was on time, fast, efficient, had his mask on, was friendly. I felt safe alone in the house which is a big concern as a woman. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend.
Great working with Dan— super friendly and quick service. So important when your furnace goes out in January.
Sal did a great job and made important suggestions on the proper temperature at which to set my thermostat. Had a small problem with communications between the person that answered my trouble call and the technician getting complete information. I made a 3 hour road trip to be here for the service when I find out I didn't need to.
I am no HVAC person. But I do have some common sense and some understanding how my forced air furnace works. Had C&C come by as my furnace was cycling. Boom, right off the bat $1,100. I said I will pass. Paid the service call fee. Got online watched ONE Youtube video. What I needed replaced was 2 pressure switches…
He's great! We like him a lot. Even though our boiler and all its parts cost a lot of money often, he explains things well. He is a good salesman as well as technician 😂
Received same day service, after hours. David was prompt and polite.
Great
Great young man. Dylan arrived on time, was very respectful of my home, got right to work and fixed my furnace. We have Heat ! I’m glad I called your company! Merry Christmas 🎄🎄
Amazing service and professional technician. Dan was wonderful and informative! Thank you for coming during off hours. Extremely happy with C&C.

In the midst of the record breaking snow, Douglas arrived within the specified time window. He spent the better part of an hour researching the issue, fixing it, and explaining the problem. Douglas is professional and underscores why we chose C&C as our HVAC vendor.
Very professional and did a quick thorough job.
Very professional. Good communication while waiting for tech and during the repair. Definitely recommend.
They have been my service Contracter fir many years. For me quality service is the most important. The most recent service was to check furnace and install new filters and set it up for winter. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the furnace. He listened to what was wrong and then accessed the problem. He had my furnace up and running within the hour. He had to rewire my system due to destruction by raccoons. Dylan B was awesome! Thank You Dylan’s B !

Also, David the person who quoted the job was very professional & honest about the condition of my old system. And what needed to be done. God bless everyone at C&C.
I was able to get a service visit with C&C in half the time it was going to take with a bigger-name company. The communication from the company was fantastic! (I received both a call and texts with updates.)
Exceptional service. Friendly. Explained everything. Wonderful asset to a great company
Small Animal stuck in some in some fan motor. Dylan was on time, very professional, took care of problem promptly. I felt the repair cost was fair. I will call them again if I need service in the future.
Had my annual furnace inspection today. Kevin was on time and very thorough. He went thru the entire furnace explaining what he was checking for. He also noticed a code safety issue with my water tank and took care of that. I also appreciate the way C&C keeps you updated on your appointment. They sent me a…
