During the coldest Temps of the last 10 years, our furnace decided to require attention. 2 days before Christmas!!! I called C&C around noon and a tech, David D, was working on it by 3:45. Failed to advise there was a $100 service cost. Plus they charged $75 for a 2 minute cleaning of a sensor. Seemed like abusive pricing given that it was 9 degrees outside. When I complained they displayed a poor attitude. My technician Desmond was terrific however!

Planned arrival to bring minor electrical issue up to code. Nate noticed that there appeared to be a manufacturers defect in the motor when the furnace first turns on. Had the motor replaced within an hour! I love going with c & c, they are great!
