Even though it’s always disheartening having to purchase a new HVAC shortly after moving in, C&C made the process smooth. I know they were honest and had reasonable pricing. We will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs!
Thorough, efficient, professional, and clean. All details are fully relayed before the job starts, they show up on time always, and the job site is always left clean. Just plan on spending some extra time during quoting because no detail is left out. Second job with them and will always call C&C with any HVAC needs.
C&C has been great to work with. Me and my wife feel like our full carrier system will help with the cold Michigan winters as well as add value to our house. There was a mistake done but C&C has worked hard to make it right.
Tyler the technician was great to deal with ...informative and good guy. Brian H came out next day and showed me many options for a new furnace and AC unit ....i was very impressed with his no pressure attitude and just a genuine guy.....
He came. He saw, he fixed. In 20 minutes.I was great full
I cannot say enough wonderful things about C&C Heating & Air Conditioning, and especially about Dave, who took the time to walk me through every step of replacing my HVAC system after 37 years. Making these kinds of decisions on my own over the past four years has been difficult. When you’re faced with a major home…
Always do and excellent job and I was especially happy to see a young lady in the trade job.
Outstanding level of service from quote to installation. Very happy we chose C&C. Professionalism at every step. Great experience.
David is very professional and respectful, when he came to my front door he put on boot covers upon entering my home I’m impressed the quote was great and the product is as well thank you.
David (salesman) really knows his stuff. Sized the new system, and got us a great deal! Eric, Grant, and Chris (installers) left a short time ago...did a great job with the install. New equipment looks great, and even though its only been running a short time, it's quite comfortable in our home. And to top it off,…
David from C&C was a great salesman to come give a quote on the various projects I wanted done. The project manager also came over to help explain some logistics within the project as well. Very professional, honest, and easy to communicate with.
Great service, professional and thorough.
Steve M. Once again came to my home and provided excellent maintenance service as usual on my heat pump. I have come to always expect the best from Steve and again I was not disappointed. Of the hvac service techs, Steve is the very best I have ever had the privilege to know. Steve is an exceptional individual…
From comfort appointment to installation everything with C&C was great! They made me feel confident in their services and provided a range of options pending on budget. They got me in with a new install within 2 days!
Good price. Thorough and detailed work. Friendly service. Great experience overall.
A lot of the service has been very good! However I just had a total furnace/air and home humidifier done and was told what I chose would be very quiet! It is super loud and not what I expected for what I paid! Hoping to change this review once I talk to them.
We had multiple quotes to replace our 20+ year old HVAC system. While we had expected to go with a different company, we selected C&C. This was due to several factors: the C&C rep, Don, was very specific on what they were going to replace with our HVAC system (the company we had expected to go with made comments…
Brian is a very nice person. He came on time and answered all the questions that we asked. He helped us to make the right decision and plan that will be better for us. He really had knowledge about the product/s of the company that he is representing. He is courteous, approachable and smart. He also gave us some…
I rarely post reviews because I think many of them are fake and paid for. However, my experience with C&C today was top notch. From my initial call for service to the team led by Eric today doing a new install and tear out of old system it was seamless and enjoyable. They took the time to really explain to me what…
Great people, excellent work!
Getting estimates for a Furnace/AC replacement. Was very informative. Got my business, adjusted the quote for the duct cleaning that was forgotten. Waiting to see the outcome for the next edit. Guys had a fantastic attitude, well worth the time.
Showed up early and did a great job. Very polite and answered my questions.
David the salesman was very informative and worked with me on a good price. Jeremy and Mohammed were expert installers that paid attention to every detail. The house is cooling great. I am very satisfied and highly recommend!
Got high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in fall 2025. Top notch installation quality. I got the Ruud systems because of prior history of the reliability. Furnace got thru this tough Michigan winter with no problems. Just now trying out the air conditioner and have never had an ac this quiet.…
Work by Eric and his team were professional quick and efficient. I had a new AC unit and furnace installed. AC init gave up the ghost and died last week. New AC and furnace were installed in less than 8 hours. Had a comfortable evening last night with the new air. I no longer have to worry about my AC or…
Wonderful experience! David R., and Sakwan are very knowledgeable and honest. They both are able to answer all questions asked of him from a mechanical engineer with a minor in environmental engineering. Besides answering questions their work ethic is wonderful. Care for our home was taken and the work done on the…
The technician Tyler came out today to see why my A/C was not working. He allowed for me to watch him work. We talked the whole time. He was diagnosing the problem until it came apparent that the whole AC unit had to be removed from its closet and needed another technician to be able to do it. Tyler is very…
Recently had my A/C replaced by C & C and am completely satisfied (5 stars) with the entire process being handled professionally, competently, and in a customer centered way. Barry gave me thorough explanation of the problems and options during a seasonal tuneup; Don quoted the project and answered all questions…
Brian was very professional and informative.
Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful assessment of our HVAC needs. Very competitive AC installation quote as well.
I recently had C&C Heating & Air Conditioning perform a full system replacement for my less than 1,000 sq. ft. home, and they did an amazing job. I opted for a Carrier Comfort Series setup, specifically the 26SCA4 (1.5 Ton, 14 SEER) Air Conditioner and the 58SB0 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Even though these are…
Waiting for someone to call to discuss a new furnace
very prompt, very polite, not pushy and professional.
Our visit today (7/7/26) with Nick was to get a quote for a new A/C system. Nick was on time and very professional. The options available to us were explained well and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The eguipment manufacturers they offer are high quality, reliability, and reputation. The…
The Antonio were great! He got my AC running pretty quickly. It was 12:30AM. I showed him an issue with my reservoir that I told him could wait for another day. Without hesitating he went and got his tools he did some troubleshooting and fix an overflow issue that I was having! It was 1am before he left. He can come back anytime!
Responsive on time and very professioal. Take time to show you whats wrong and give you options. Staff so pleasant to work with. Truly caring and understanding.
We had four different companies come out to give us quotes on a new air conditioner. I was hoping this company, C&C, would work out because we had hired them for a new furnace in our previous home and were very happy with the furnace, workmanship and price. The salesman, Brian, was very professional. He was…
Nick came out to give an estimate and within minutes it felt like I had known him for years. He treated me like I am family and it was immediately apparent that he loves what he is doing and cares about the satisfaction of their customers. He worked with me on the cost and had great options when it came to…
Semi annual maintenance on 3 year old system. Everything in good order, recommended filter change.
These guys did a fabulous job today. I got a new air conditioner and a new humidifier. They were here for hours and never complained once. It is really hot today around 86 degrees. Always go with C & C.
Our technician did a wonderful and very thorough job inspecting our furnace to get it ready for winter. We would highly recommend this company!
Wonderful well run company. Sal is the best! Explains and shows you everything in layman terms. Doesn't try to sell you anything. Pleasant & honest. He's a wonderful representation of your company!
June 8 2026 As I've said repeatedly, Sal is the best tech person and; exceptionally knowledgeable. I only hope his employer realizes how valuable he is and how extremely fortunate C&C is to have Sal as an employee. I trust nobody else with any decisions related to A/C and heating, but Sal. June 4 Sal is an expert…
When my central air went out I called C&C for service and the service tech clearly explained that my aged unit may not be worth repairing. A sales person then came the same day and provided me many options for a new unit. I decided to get a new unit instead of trying to repair the old one. Two days later the…
Sal was very helpful and explained everything. Will ask for him in the future. Installation went well and new thermostat was explained.
I have called on C&C for years. I won’t call anyone else. Very professional and responsive.
Sam was extremely thorough and did a great job!
Salwan did a great and excellent job, very accommodating, answers all my questions anytime , he answers my calls even after work hours, treats me/ client as if he had known me for a long time. I would definitely recommend him nd C&C to all my relatives and friends.
A/C went out on Monday. Decision was made on Tuesday that replacement was the best option due to its age. New furnace and A/C was installed on Wednesday. Entire process was very easy, sales team and installation team were awesome.
Friendly and easy company to work with. Great communication and scheduled our ac install for the next day. :)
Helpful, professional, worked with me
Always excellent & professional service for 6 years since installation of new system
Very professional service provider, pleasant and helpful. Very personable and provide all the options.
They started at 8am and were finished by 5pm installing a new furnace and AC unit - we didn’t realize how loud the old ones were, until we noticed we can’t hear the new ones running at all which helps us sleep better at night.
C & C has serviced our existing unit at a previous house for about 10 years. When we recently purchased a new home we had them come and inspect the water heater, furnace, and AC unit. C and C was very thorough and spent several hours performing the inspection. We ended up replacing all three units after discussing…
The team sent to install my unit was very professional, and removed all debris.I recommend C&C heating!!!!
They are going to replace my furnace and air conditioning system and I am very happy overall.
I've been a customer for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the work that is performed. The girls that answer the calls and the technicians that come out are very professional.
Brian was very thorough in his explanation of options for my house. Didn't push the hard sell. Really broke down the proposal in terms that were easily understood. Update: I went with C&C to replace my furnace and. AC and am very pleased with the entire experience. They made it very easy, answered any questions I…
Sam was very knowledgeable and competent. And a very nice guy.
I have a final update now that my installation has been completed. After my previous update, the owner and I had a direct conversation on February 13, 2026, where we agreed on a resolution regarding the promotion. Based on that conversation, I believed the matter would be handled accordingly. However, when the team…
David was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Went over all options and recommendations for the job. After all was said and done, the job was completed with a very clean install.
Very happy with not only the estimate last week but also the install of both our furnace and central ac unit. All 3 guys we met were awesome, friendly, efficient in their work, and really great with going over everything with us. Would and will definitely be recommending C&C to not only our friends and family but…

Eric and Dominic did the great job on the installation answered all my questions cleaned up after they were finished all in all an excellent experience highly recommended
Luis T was polite, professional, and informative. Explained what he was doing and why. Answered all of our questions. Dan J came today, a few days after the original maintenance, as the air was not working. He was friendly, professional, and a really good trouble shooter. He found the problem quickly and solved it. The air now works. Thanks
A representative came out to my home and shortly gave me a quote soon after. When I contacted him for a follow-up via text I did not receive a response. I also called the office twice and spoke to someone and she ensured that he would call me back but I never heard back. This was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company at all.
Sam came to service my furnace. He found a gasket issue, a corroded gas valve and low gas pressure. Sam took care of all 3 items. Sam was professional, courteous, enjoyable and informative about my issues and how to resolve them. Explained that my parts are covered by the Carrier warranty but not labor and gave…
Mike was extremely knowledgeable and kind in guiding us through the process of ordering a new furnace and air conditioner.
Technicians showed up promptly, were professional and work diligently throughout the day. I was very pleased with the whole HVAC installation process from start to finish.
Mike and crew are topnotch, knowledgeable, polite and tidy! Just had cleaning and maintenance performed by Kayla. Excellent job, polite, and conscientious of her work. also installed a component for an upgrade. Highly recommend C & C.
The crew from C & C did an amazing job every step of the way. Their customer service is incredible. They respond to any communication quickly. They show up on time. Their team members are courteous and professional. And above all, they do top notch work at a competitive price and you don't have to wait months to get them out to your house.
David was able to stop by for a same day quote and listened to my needs and explained my options. It should work much better for my quad level. C&C has installed both new equipment and serviced my equipment through the years and took good care of me in emergencies. So I liked the quote and getting a new AC and…
Doug T was great took time to check very thing and helped with temp setting.
Very prompt service, and quality work done. All my questions were answered. Thank you, C&C!
Sal has worked on my HVAC system several times and has always been courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. His supervisor Steve and Chris have also done work for me and has done a great job. I’ve had my AC replaced and my furnace repaired and tuned up by them. 5 star rating for Chris, Sal and Steve.
We recently had our furnace and air conditioning units replaced by C&C Heating and Air Conditioning, and we are extremely disappointed with the experience. We selected their higher-priced quote because it included the most efficient units along with a humidifier and electronic air cleaner. However, when the…

7/31/25 kelly did a great job cleaning my A/C unit and Kevin did an excellent job replacing my thermostat and fixing my fan issue. Super good service people! Much appreciated! Thanks! Dennis G.
David R. Was the only one out of 3 consultations who not only gave a quote on the spot. But he knew within a few minutes some problems with our current faulty system. Over a week since I have had 2 others from other companies out for an estimate to replace and still no answers. Dennis M and crew by far the best we…

My whole experience of getting a new air conditioner/furnace system from C&C was TOP TIER! When multiple other companies never returned my calls, I’m so glad I contacted C&C first! Brian came on time for a free estimate on an AC purchase and install. He was very professional and did not pressured me into buying. He answered all my questions with honesty. He is my first estimate for the job, I still have a couple more, as it is always good to have few to compare, but I think it will be…

The team was on time and was professional and courteous. They answered all question and gave good instructions on usage.
Update - We had an emergency, after-hours AC service call by Chris. He was prompt, efficient and thorough; and had our system cooling the house again in 30 minutes. Another great experience with a C&C tech. NOTE: Our experience with the (new?) AI after-hours emergency number wasn't pleasant, however. Over the past…
C&C is the best and most professional HVAC company my wife and I have used in any of our homes. 5 years ago when we bought our current house, the furnace died immediately after we got the keys. We recently had both of our ac and furnace systems replaced. The installation was quick and easy. Days work. We did have a small issue with a furnace not lighting. Doug arrived in no time and fixed the issue quick! He also took the time to walk me through the new equipment that was installed. Very helpful and would 10/10 recommend Doug as a tech.
Randy was excellent. Very professional. He truly knows what he’s doing. A real pleasure!
