Outstanding level of service from quote to installation. Very happy we chose C&C. Professionalism at every step. Great experience.
Great service, professional and thorough.
KAYLA WAS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!
Getting estimates for a Furnace/AC replacement. Was very informative. Got my business, adjusted the quote for the duct cleaning that was forgotten. Waiting to see the outcome for the next edit. Guys had a fantastic attitude, well worth the time.
Wonderful experience! David R., and Sakwan are very knowledgeable and honest. They both are able to answer all questions asked of him from a mechanical engineer with a minor in environmental engineering. Besides answering questions their work ethic is wonderful. Care for our home was taken and the work done on the…
We are super happy customers for more than two years now! Everyone we’ve worked with during that time has been excellent and they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!
Was a difficult fit of a boiler under a stairway in an old 1920's house, and it took longer than expected. But the 2 technicians did a great job.
I recently had C&C Heating & Air Conditioning perform a full system replacement for my less than 1,000 sq. ft. home, and they did an amazing job. I opted for a Carrier Comfort Series setup, specifically the 26SCA4 (1.5 Ton, 14 SEER) Air Conditioner and the 58SB0 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Even though these are…
Dzemil was very professional & thoroughly explained everything that would be included with my total system. The installation crew was on time & did a fantastic job. My old system was quiet or so I thought. I can't believe how quiet my new system is.. The best thing is my home seems warmer & I haven't noticed any…
Google nest required re wiring in the walls to properly connect to our heating and cooling system.
After getting quotes from four companies, we decided to go with C&C for our mini-split system with two heads. Their quote fell right in the middle and I felt very comfortable with technician Brian and with install manager Nathan, who had visited twice due to the complicated nature of the job with our 100 year old…
Responsive on time and very professioal. Take time to show you whats wrong and give you options. Staff so pleasant to work with. Truly caring and understanding.
The service was excellent. Everything was explained, the installers arrived on time, and completed the work by end of day. They were extremely careful with my precarious drop ceiling and even replaced a cable they weren’t tasked with replacing. The new unit is so much quieter and efficient. We’re very satisfied.
Don was really thorough and explained all options clearly. Great job
David did a great job we were very happy. He was excellent.
Nick came out to give an estimate and within minutes it felt like I had known him for years. He treated me like I am family and it was immediately apparent that he loves what he is doing and cares about the satisfaction of their customers. He worked with me on the cost and had great options when it came to…
Semi annual maintenance on 3 year old system. Everything in good order, recommended filter change.
These guys did a fabulous job today. I got a new air conditioner and a new humidifier. They were here for hours and never complained once. It is really hot today around 86 degrees. Always go with C & C.
Very helpful and fast!
C & C Heating proposed a new Carrier Furnace and A/C at a good price. They installed it promptly. The installers, Kevin and Dennis were exceptional, knowledgeable, efficient and performed the installation perfectly. I was very impressed by the care they demonstrated of my home with drop cloths and cleanup. I…
Salwan did a great and excellent job, very accommodating, answers all my questions anytime , he answers my calls even after work hours, treats me/ client as if he had known me for a long time. I would definitely recommend him nd C&C to all my relatives and friends.
Chris and Anthony were great and very fast. Happy with the install!
Helpful, professional, worked with me
Great job !
We always have a great experience with C & C Heating & Air Conditioning! This time Kelly came out to perform a check on our A/C system. She was very friendly and professional and completed everything in a timely manner. We've been customers of C & C for about 40 years and highly recommend them.
David was very thorough with all furnace and A/C options, as well the entire scope of work for the HVAC system replacement.
Having an older furnace, I feel C&C has my back. Update 4/20/26 - furnace went out over the weekend and we had cold snap, below freezing. Called Monday morning and Noah came out that afternoon. I’d give him 7/5 stars if I could. The blown low voltage fuse was easy to find, but the cause up that fuse blowing,…
C&C Hinson has been our HVAC company for many years. They upgraded our original furnace and AC, and have maintained both pieces with annual inspections & maintenance visits. We pay a small monthly fee and get the maintenance visits for free, and a discount on any parts & labor needed if/when any issues are found.…
C & C has serviced our existing unit at a previous house for about 10 years. When we recently purchased a new home we had them come and inspect the water heater, furnace, and AC unit. C and C was very thorough and spent several hours performing the inspection. We ended up replacing all three units after discussing…
A true professional, we were very pleased with his work and rest of the crew
Excellent technician. Timely arrived and completed work.
They are going to replace my furnace and air conditioning system and I am very happy overall.
Brian was very thorough in his explanation of options for my house. Didn't push the hard sell. Really broke down the proposal in terms that were easily understood. Update: I went with C&C to replace my furnace and. AC and am very pleased with the entire experience. They made it very easy, answered any questions I…
C&C installed a new furnace/AC/water heater a few years ago, they made everything easy including the permits & rebates. Installation looked great & everything worked flawlessly. Even more important than a good installation, when a part in the furnace did fail (caught during an annual tune-up), they took care of it…
David was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Went over all options and recommendations for the job. After all was said and done, the job was completed with a very clean install.
Eric and his installation crew did a great job at installing our new HVAC system! Installation was scheduled super quick and the team made quick work of installing and explaining the new system.
Great company. Erik was very good and he explained and answered all my questions.
Had C and C install my new furnace and they did a wonderful job. The workers Carlos, and Dylan were both kind and nice guys. Thanks for the great work. Patrick is great also and so is Samuel (Sam)
The service we received was excellent as usual. This is our second time receiving phenomenal service from this company. Our service professional, who installed our new water heater was Nick! Great experience. Awesome technician - Mike L. was efficient and professional. Very friendly and informative as well. Came here in a snowstorm on a Sunday to replace a faulty GFI switch. Great experience as always from a great company.
My husband has used this company for service for years. The pricing always seemed fair and the service was good. However, we had a warranty claim on a hot water tank last week and we feel they overcharged. We paid around 1400 for a hot water tank and install 5 years ago. Last week we needed a warranty claim because…
I liked their fast service!! They had our furnace up and running in a short amount of time!!
Mike was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. I felt like I was getting information not getting sold on something I didn’t need. **Next day, The installation went very smoothly, the technicians were on time, quick and professional, not to mention good with my cats :)
Mike and crew are topnotch, knowledgeable, polite and tidy! Just had cleaning and maintenance performed by Kayla. Excellent job, polite, and conscientious of her work. also installed a component for an upgrade. Highly recommend C & C.
Dennis, Nathan, and Kyle were a great team. Installed furnace, air conditioner, and duct mini split. Great work ethic and just nice guys!!
The crew from C & C did an amazing job every step of the way. Their customer service is incredible. They respond to any communication quickly. They show up on time. Their team members are courteous and professional. And above all, they do top notch work at a competitive price and you don't have to wait months to get them out to your house.
Rudy and Kyle were fantastic. Highly professional, courteous and respectful. Made sure we knew exactly what was done and how to operate our new system before leaving.
Sal has worked on my HVAC system several times and has always been courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. His supervisor Steve and Chris have also done work for me and has done a great job. I’ve had my AC replaced and my furnace repaired and tuned up by them. 5 star rating for Chris, Sal and Steve.

Mike L did a great job! The company also worked with me and was very fair on pricing. Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. Will use again in the future!
Very professional company. Answered phone when I called. Guided me through figuring out what I needed. New HVAC system. Followed up with great sales consultant, resulting in clear understanding. Efficient & knowledgeable team who provided maintenance overview upon completion.
C&C did an excellent Job on my new furnace installation. They called me the first thing and gave me their arrival time and they were at my house when they said they would be. They put down protective carpet over my floors to the basement. The tear out of the old furnace and the installation of the new one went…
Mike knew what he was doing, did a thorough job, and offered options for long term repair.
Great service over the years!
Eric and his crew were very proffessional and went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. We are very pleased

This is our second experience with CC and we are thrilled to have our new AC installed by them. Total pros! 7/31/25 kelly did a great job cleaning my A/C unit and Kevin did an excellent job replacing my thermostat and fixing my fan issue. Super good service people! Much appreciated! Thanks! Dennis G.
David R. Was the only one out of 3 consultations who not only gave a quote on the spot. But he knew within a few minutes some problems with our current faulty system. Over a week since I have had 2 others from other companies out for an estimate to replace and still no answers. Dennis M and crew by far the best we…
Sal was very professional. Extremely kind and full of personality. My dog absolutely adores him. *update after install* Nate and his team were amazing. They were very respectful of my home. They did an amazing job cleaning and hauling all the old furnace/ac away. 10/10 recommend.
My whole experience of getting a new air conditioner/furnace system from C&C was TOP TIER! When multiple other companies never returned my calls, I’m so glad I contacted C&C first! I initially called to have a technician come repair/diagnose my air conditioner. A tech showed up two hours after my request (in the…
Great company with outstanding customer service! Every technician and specialist whom I’ve met has been just awesome! Sal did a great job explaining our options and helping us make a good decision. The new AC installation was done in great time and I'm very happy. Excellent service.
C&C is the best and most professional HVAC company my wife and I have used in any of our homes. 5 years ago when we bought our current house, the furnace died immediately after we got the keys. It was December and I called C&C and they came out and were ready to get us heat the same day. Since we had just got the…
Dennis did a very professional installation of a new air-conditioner. They worked efficiently, cleaned up and it is a very neat installation.
Met and exceeded my expectations, in this present climate that's really hard to find.
Thoughtful, thorough and professional. He explained the issues. I appreciated his help and approach.
Awesome crew
Excellent service! Told us what to expect found problems in the manufacturing of the furnace and AC. Will be fixed under warranty.
David Loop is a real pro. You can’t buy experience & he has 40 years of it! He’s always very efficient & happy to answer any questions that I might have. His advice is priceless.
We asked C & C out for a service troubleshoot and potential repair. We decided to replace our ancient system with a new one (with no pressure from the company). We purchased a new furnace, AC, water heater and the service of cleaning our ducts. The financing process was a breeze and installation completion happened…
