He’s honest and easy to understand and follows up after the fact. C&C staff are all so polite and helpful, and we always get service quickly. We are so happy with C&C!
Had to have C&C back out as when I turned on the BRAND NEW furnace (installed end of Aug 2021) the unit was only blowing cold air. I had it running for 3 whole days before realizing it could not elevate a degree. My home is heated by fireplaces too so I wasn't easily able to notice. My issue is ...WHY would it be…

C&C was great in getting my AC working again. Not only did they fix it with short notice, they went through and verified all root causes to make sure the issue did not happen again. Murphy's Law - we had a boiler issue & no heat during the weekend. We called C&C to inform and while they didn't have a boiler repairman for the weekend, we received a call first thing on Monday morning to schedule a same day appointment. After having little heat for the entire weekend, this was a great relief.…
C & C lived up to all of my high expectations. I heard about them on 103.5 FM and everything they claimed is true. They were out the next day, and everyone was so friendly. Lisa who answered my call, and Dave who came to do the service work, make it an easy decision to use C & C from now on.
First glance, you know you're dealing with a professional! Dave, keep up the good work!
Daniel is efficient and knowledgeable in his trade. He was able to diagnosed the problem and explained in laymen’s term of what needed to be done. He was compassionate and understanding that my parents in their 90s needed the furnace working ASAP. Thank you for all your help!
