Mike L was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Even though the job required two visits to repair my furnace issue and install a new humidifier, Mike got things done and even made an alteration to the humidifier ductwork for better delivery of humidity to my home. Thank you, Mike…job well done!
Finally did a tune up on our furnace, winter’s coming and we wanted it to be in top notch shape. Highly recommend C&C, always top notch. Best around.

I have called on C&C for years. I won’t call anyone else. Very professional and responsive.
I called as soon as they opened on a Saturday, that just so happened to be the coldest day of the year, and had a tech out same day about an hour and a 1/2 later. Great experience with C & C. Our “smart” thermostat stopped working. After calling around, C & C was one of the few companies who were able to send out a technician within a couple of days rather than weeks. Tyler was very polite, friendly, and professional! Routine A/C check up, but Kevin was able to figure out why our system was not cooling the whole house to specifications. Years of professional experience does the job! Thanks, Kevin.

Desmon is a gem, a true asset to C&C. We have been happy with our choice to use C&C for our new HVAC system & Desmon has serviced us several times with great care, knowledge, and professionalism. We've never had a better service person for any issue in our home.
There is no one like Sal. He’s professional, personable and incredibly kind. He is early, which is on time and respectful of the homeowner’s time. He assesses the issue, plans the repair/check up and executes flawlessly. In fact, he is the only HVAC rep allowed in any of our extended family homes in the Oakland County area. We trust Sal and C&C implicitly.

I called them out for a thermostat repair for my mother. They went out there and told her she needed new batteries! However, they put batteries in it, but they were dead batteries!! My mother is low income. They wanted to charge her an emergency fee and a service fee. $120 just to put a dead battery in!…
I got a free smart thermostat from Consumer's and installed it myself. It was a hassle and I did it wrong. Heat worked fine all winter. First 80° day the A/C didn't work and the thermostat kept rebooting. Called C&C and they sent a tech out the same day! Dan J saved the day. Fixed my wiring hack job and got my air…
