We have used C&W for over 20 years with the same technician Randy. We have confidence in his knowledge and really appreciate how he communicates about the problem and then takes care of it. Unfortunately they no longer service the brands of my stove or dishwasher which gives me a chance to appreciate the full service and quality of service with C&W.
