Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and courteous technicians. 10/10
The service man was very knowledgeable. Didn’t find job of explaining what the problem was very courteous and respectful.
Super disappointed I scheduled an appointment a week prior, took the day off from work to ensure I was home. Then they had a “system glitch” that messed up my address and now they can’t come out for over 2 weeks. Super disappointing
On time, and the service repair man was fast, knowledgeable, and delightful

Randy is a terrific technician and wastes no time finding the problem and almost always fixing perfectly. But if not, he is truthful in his assessment of the wisdom of repair vs replacement.

Very good communication related to appointment setup and time of arrival. James fixed the problem and gave us a couple of clear descriptions of what was wrong and how to keep it from happening again.
Technician came to trouble shoot a new Cove dishwasher showing an error code with a problem on the inbound water line. When he pulled out the dishwasher to trouble shoot, it caused the water line to begin leaking inside the cabinetry. Second visit, still did not discover leak, but blamed the water issue on a…
We have used C&W for over 20 years with the same technician Randy. We have confidence in his knowledge and really appreciate how he communicates about the problem and then takes care of it. Unfortunately they no longer service the brands of my stove or dishwasher which gives me a chance to appreciate the full service and quality of service with C&W.
Amazing; quick and neat and appliance problem resolved.
Chase is absolutely the best. Shows up when he says he will and gets everything fixed.
