Outstanding service! Randy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and a tremendous asset to the CW team. He was able to diagnose and efficiently repair our SubZero freezer, and he came prepared with the appropriate parts to complete the job. CW is the best of the best.

Christian timely in arrival and professional in appearance and conduct. Additionally, he was thorough on the process for servicing 5 units while being patient explaining the “what” and “why” for the repairs needed.

Good team. They were able to move my appointment forward a couple days from plan to get here sooner. The Tech Ed W was professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job assessing and explaining the issue. Then worked quickly to complete the repair.

Our technician was on time, responsive and fair. He didn’t have the part at first but came back with it right away and did a great job! Helpful and gave me tips on caring for the I’ve maker he fixed for us. It was affordable as well even for a high end fridge/freezer. Would use them again for sure!

C&W came out to help with our new sub zero refrigerator (the freezer door was catching and not closing smoothly). They were responsive, courteous, informative and professional. Will definitely be using them again!
Our ice maker was not working properly. The technician came fully prepared with all parts that could be needed for repair so it could be fixed with one service call. The tech also went out of his way to find out if this repair was still under warranty. I am extremely happy with C&W’s work.

Fast efficient and clean. Edie did a great job of fixing my freezer door which was not sealing properly after I tried to install the new freezer door gasket.

My freezer section of my subzero went out right before the 4th of July. Called C and W and the quickly diagnosed the problem. The initial technician also called subzero for me and got the part covered under warranty even though it had expired the week before. Wow. Great service.
