Two gentlemen from C&W (Jesus & Kevin Durant) came out for a warenty service call. My refrigerator door would not stay in an open position. After a few adjustments the issue was resolved. I might note this was the third C&W service on the door. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of what…

Excellent experience with C&W Appliance Services. Paul provided our service and was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Always want cheaper, faster, quality work. Watching Ed replace the compressor/evaporator for the freezer felt I got the quality. And if this compressor lasts as long as the last no complaints about price. Pennies on dollar compared to cheapest over repair lifetime. Very happy

Fast, knowledgeable, professional, on-time. Ed W repaired our refrigerator 10 years ago, replacing a leaking evaporator coil. This time he was back to find a bad condenser fan motor. He was in and out in 1 hour, diagnosing and replacing a faulty condenser fan. Highly recommended.

C&W is a great appliance repair and service center. I really enjoy working with their service advisors and technicians. Making the appointment has been a little confusing in the past as the appointment makers do not have access to technical knowledge. Nor do they offer to find out the answer to a technical question…

When I called because my Sub-Zero freezer was not cooling properly, the earliest appointment was 3 days away. They offered to put me on a list for potential earlier appointments. Oleg was a great technician. I blame C&W for everything else. Their office is horribly run. They do absolutely nothing to help accommodate your schedule. I had to take an entire day off work because they will not let you choose between am or pm service. The technician calls you the morning of your auto let you know…
