I have used the services of C&W Appliance Service for decades. Randy is my favorite serviceman there. He always has a smile, his shoes are left at the door, he works quickly and cleanly. They are the best appliance services company I have ever used and highly recommend them!

Fast, knowledgeable, professional, on-time. Ed W repaired our refrigerator 10 years ago, replacing a leaking evaporator coil. This time he was back to find a bad condenser fan motor. He was in and out in 1 hour, diagnosing and replacing a faulty condenser fan. Highly recommended.
Chance was great. He took the time to fix our ice maker. He explained everything and was not in a hurry. I have used this company in the past and would use them again. They are trustworthy and know what they are doing

Our experience was top notch. Our service tech, Ed, was a real pro. Called ahead, showed up when he said he would, set expectations on pricing and timing or repairs, and performed the repairs quickly with high quality. He even spent time while he was at our home giving advice about all our other appliances. Not the cheapest, but value was definitely there.
Randy my service tech was on time, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with this service will definitely use C&W again! I highly recommend!!!

Tho the fix was not cheap, the service and expertise was exceptional. First service needed for 1992 SubZero and appreciate having quality service people like Ed.
