Unfortunately, Jay Sr. could have taken the time to look inside my furnace and inspect any possible problems. Not just come to my house look at the outside, and say I need a new one based on my word " it's not working well." Than just say I need a new furnace ranging at $6800.00 or more. DO NOT USE THEM. Service was top notch. David was friendly, and explained the maintenance in easy to understand fashion. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. He also changed the filter for us. We are very pleased with his work and the C Carlin Company, and will use them when needed.

Unfortunately, Jay Sr. could have taken the time to look inside my furnace and inspect any possible problems. Not just come to my house look at the outside, and say I need a new one based on my word " it's not working well." Than just say I need a new furnace ranging at $6800.00 or more. DO NOT USE THEM. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND DO NOT BILL PROPERLY. I asked for an itemized bill. In which, they refused to do. Also, they do not accept cash for payment. They left my basement, carpeting and lawn a mess from parking their trucks on my grass. When I go to call about my concerns they hang up on me all of the time. The technicians are good, but the office staff and management are terrible. And that's being mild! Save your money and don't be insulted stay away from Crooked Carlins!

Great experience start to end. Professional, hard working team that got my baseboards installed and boiler up and running again before winter. They also swapped a faucet out for me that was leaking. I'll be using them for all plumbing & heating needs.
