Our AC was making a terrible noise. I called at 5:15pm and they had scheduled someone to come out between 6:30pm and 8pm! Although it didn’t make the noise while he was here, he gave us a suggestion to video it next time, so when we call in, they know what we are hearing. I wish I would have thought of that prior…
