Brad was waiting for me when I got thereat 9:00. He explained and showed me the problems with my tankless water heater. He repaired the unit quickly and made sure everything was working properly. He did an excellent job.
Can't remember the tech name, but he was a nice guy. Big tall guy with red beard anyway did a great job and was polite, courteous and laughed at my dumb jokes. But the 150$ minimum charged with a little excessive but His personality almost made it worthwhile. Thank you so much.
Josh came and fixed our water heater. I recommend C. Carlin Plumbing Inc and Josh. We have had plumbers before but no one came close to the service and care they provided.
Water heater problem solved. Faulty pressure reducer on line entering the house. Replaced and triple checked that water pressure was normal. Then ran washing machine to make sure hot water heater not damaged by high pressure. As always, cleaned area and made sure we understood all that was repaired.
