Luis, our adjuster at Caliber, was pelasant, professional and very motivated to please us. He kept me informed throughout the process,
Stellar service! They are very attentive to detail, easy to work with, and kept me up to date on the progress every few days!
Very professional, kind personal shop. Kept me up to date daily on the repairs. Vehicle completed one day early. Vehicle returned perfectly repaired, clean inside and out. Very satisfied.
My husband and I had the passenger door on our 2019 RAM truck worked on and we are completely pleased. I do recommend Caliber Collision.
Great customer service and very good work
Great shop. Very nice people. Got car fixed in a timely matter
They want your review and if you leave a bad one they don’t respond to you . Long story short they broke my window and blamed it on wear and tear . Which had nothing to do with the collision. They just wanted more business. They couldn’t say sorry all they focused on is we will fix it for X amount.
This business does excellent work. The employees are great and very friendly. I recommend this business when every you need a body shop.
Took our vehicle in to get work done and I was so worried about the outcome as I had never been through this process before. The results are as if nothing ever happened! I am amazed, the paint matches perfectly which was my main concern. Thank you to everyone there. I hope I never have to be back (lol) but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.
Thank you Luis for always keeping us posted and taking care of our needs

The color match of the bumper to the rest of the vehicle is excellent. That's probably the most important factor beyond the repair itself. Thank you.

I picked up the vehicle when the tech called. The vehicle was dirty and the paint work had fish eyes, hair, dust and looked as though they did not polish after color sanding.
